3 2. Applicatin Cntrller is equipped with innvative, intelligent Lgic cntrl system. This system cnsists in autmatic adjustment f biler pwer t current perating cnditins. All regulatin prcess is based n measurement f central heating temperature. Due t innvative slutin enabling ptimal fuel cmbustin in the biler, it has the effect f reductin f harmful xides emissin int the atmsphere. With prper xides aftercmbustin and n vershts, biler equipped with ur device can use up t 3% less fuel than standard slutins. 3. Cntrller peratin T start up the cntrller hld ENTER buttn. After cntrller start up, main page with fllwing infrmatin is displayed n LCD: Central heating (CH) temperatures - current and set up Ht service water (HSW) temperatures - current and set CH 22 C z 55 C HSV 22 C z 45 C Frm the main page yu have the access t several functins, pressing ( ) enters int central heating temperature adjusting mde, yu set up desired temperature with ( ) and ( ). When temperature decreases belw 35C (--) and ENTER buttn is pressed, central heating pump turns ff. Cntrller enters SUMMER MODE, with nly ht service water functin. Hwever, if ( ) is pressed as first, yu enter int setting up ht service water temperature. By pressing ( ) and ( ) yu set up desired temperature. When temperature decreases belw 35C (--) and ENTER buttn is pressed, ht service water pump turns ff. Cautin!!! If installatin is nt equipped wit ht service water pump yu shuld turn ff water heating functin. Pressing ENTER buttn cnfirms selected parameter and pressing EXIT buttn exits withut saving previusly made changes. CH Temperature Blwer pwer 59 C BLOWER POW. 3%

4 FUNCTIONS - MANUAL OPERATION functin is t fire up the biler, it enables independent start up f cntrller and blwer utputs. Manual peratin Blwer Pressing ENTER buttn turns n ne f the utputs. With ( ) and ( ) yu change utput t be turned n r ff. Pressing EXIT returns t set up menu. - HSW hysteresis that functin is t set up service HSW hysteresis water hysteresis, it cnsists in delaying HSW pump start up by set up number f degrees, i.e. Hysteresis temp. hystheresis 2, set up temperature 5 C - pump HSW 2C shall start up when service water temperature decreases t 48 C. This functin wrks in HSW pririty and summer mde. - PUMP START UP TEMPERATURE PUMP temperature at which circulatin pmp starts up is PŁYNNIE adjustable within the range 3-5 C PUMP belw temperature set up fr the biler, i.e. CH temperature is set up fr 6 C, then range f pump regulatin may be set between 3 C and 55 C. - CH/HSW PRIORITY - HSW PRIORITY HSW pump starts up and wrks until achieves set up temperature. When services water reaches set up temperature HSW pump turns ff and CH pump turns n. START TEMP. START TEMP. 35 c CH/HSW Prrity HSW Prrity - CH PRIORITY in this mde pumps start wrking CH Prrity when biler temperature reaches temperature set up in pump start up functin. (CH pump wrks permanently and HSW pump turns n after reaching desired temperature.) In this mde HSW temperature cannt be higher than CH temperature.

5 - MANUFACTURER SETTINGS cntrller is equipped with prgrammed settings, yu may return t them at any time. Hwever, yu shuld remember that all persnal settings will be lst. - END OF WORK turns the cntrller ff. T turn It n again press and hld ENTER buttn. MANUF. SETTINGS MANUF. SETTINGS YES END OF WORK END OF WORK YES Cntrller has gt hidden installatin menu, t get there press and hld ( ) and ( ) buttns fr 3 secnds. Changes f parameters in that menu shuld be made by qualified persn. Yur changes f thse parameters may cause cntrller misperatin. INSTALLATION MENU - TURN OFF TIME functin is t set time which is measured when CH temperature des nt increase and maintains 5C belw set temperature. - BLOWER START-UP this functin cnsists in setting 1% pwer f blwer with time parameter (1sec. - 15 sec.) which, due t temprary lss f efficiency, has t be regulated. When yu ntice that the blwer des nt wrk crrectly during start. - ROOM REGULATOR rm regulatr may be cnnected t the cntrller.it cntrls CH circulatin pump. Tw-cre cable is led ut frm rm regulatr that shuld be cnnected t jack input. N external pwer surces shuld be cnnected t the device during installatin f rm regulatr.
