Cmmittee gvernance Managing the day-t-day affairs f the RDA Cmmittee and its persnnel in a manner cnsistent with the Guide, the Cmmittee s Annual Business Plan and Budget, the Funding Agreement, and its cnstitutin (fr incrprated cmmittees). Develping the RDA Cmmittee s Annual Business Plan and Budget; Annual Reprt n Outcmes and Annual Audited Accunts; Cmmunicatins Strategy; and assciated management delivery strategies. Management Prviding management advice and supprt t the RDA Cmmittee cnsistent with the Funding Agreement and the Better Practice Guide, including: Business develpment Keeping the RDA Cmmittee infrmed f the status and prgress f its business Undertaking the accuntable and transparent management f RDA Cmmittee funds under the versight f the Chair Ensuring that all RDA Cmmittee reprting and cmpliance requirements are met Ensuring that the RDA Cmmittee perates in accrdance with the applicable state r territry incrpratin legislatin Ensuring that the RDA Cmmittee meets its bligatins under the Funding Agreement Implementing ffice plicies and prcedures Leading and develping RDA Cmmittee persnnel (where agreed by the Cmmittee) and being invlved in the recruitment f staff Implementing decisins and activities as determined by the RDA Cmmittee Chair r Cmmittee.
