Any ad created by Wheeling is subject to production charges of $100 for 1/2 page to full page ads and $50 for 1/12 page to 1/3 page ads, which include ONE proof check. Adjustments to exisiting ad range from $75 - $50 for full and half page ads and $25 to $15 for all additional sizes, price based on adjustments and revisions. All final comments must be submitted in writing after this first review of the proof. Revised proof will be submitted to Advertiser for its records, and it is the responsibility of the Advertiser to receive and review all proofs. Wheeling will assume that the Advertiser has approved the proof if no written comments are received. Advertiser is responsible for providing all images and text. All images to be 300 dpi or greater. Any additional work required by additional proof checks by Advertiser will be charged at $50 per hour, with a $25 minimum. The ad may be used by Advertiser repeatedly in the magazine at no additional design cost, as well as in other media. It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to provide new artwork for a recurring placement by the due date. Wheeling will assume that an Advertiser who does not provide new artwork for a recurring placement intends to use artwork from the previous issue. 5 ADVERTISG TERMS & CONDITIONS RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Wheeling Magazine reserves the right to reject placement of an ad- vertisement for publication at any time if the advertisement contains lewd, profane, derogatory, slanderous, or blatantly inaccurate content. The Advertiser may be responsible for a placement charge based on how near the ad is submitted to the placement deadline. The placement charge will not exceed 50% of the advertising rate posted on the previous page. Advertisers assume complete responsibility and liability for all content of their advertisements, including those advertisements designed by Wheeling Magazine and any of its agents. Wheeling Magazine is limited in its liability for errors from the printing process not to exceed the value or cost of the space occupied by the error. Wheeling Magazine is not responsible for any errors in any advertisements designed by it or its agents whose proof has been submitted to the Advertiser for approval prior to going to press. Multi placement contracts which are breached will be subject to a rate based on how many continuous ads actually ran. If color matching is critical, a high-quality color match proof must be provided by Advertiser. Any and all materials received or altered after the appropriate closing date will be subject to late handling charges to be determined by Wheeling Magazine. Wheeling Magazine will not be held liable for printing complications, which may arise due to receipt of nonconforming materials. Wheeling Magazine is not responsible for ads sent without proofs or ads not meeting our requirements.
