2 2007 TAA Sponsorship Program The 2007 Sponsorship Program provides member companies with a unique opportunity to contribute to the Triangle Apartment Association. The TAA, in turn, rewards those faithful sponsors with one-of-a-kind access to the TAA s membership through networking and continuing education opportunities as well as print and internet media throughout the year. The sponsorship program structure contains five levels for 2007: Platinum ($10,000), Diamond ($5,000), Gold ($2,500), Silver ($1,500) and Bronze ($950). Opportunities for the Diamond and Platinum levels will be allocated through a lottery system. 5 Membership Meetings Two Dinner Meetings / Two Breakfast Meetings The TAA s Membership Meetings have an average attendance of 150 members. The meetings allow sponsors the opportunity to promote themselves while keeping abreast of the most current and vital information affecting the industry. Sponsors gain prominent marketing position of the company while partnering with the TAA to bring dynamic speaker to the Association s members. The TAA will host 2 dinner meetings and 2 breakfast meetings in DINNER MEETINGS: January 16, 2007 August 21, 2007 BREAKFAST MEETINGS: March 20, 2007 June 19, 2007 RETURN ON INVESTMENT: The Breakfast & Dinner Membership Meetings are exclusive opportunities for Diamond and Platinum Level Association Sponsors. The Sponsorship entitles TAA Associate members the opportunity to make a lasting impression on the key decision makers in the industry. Sponsorship of meetings entitled unprecedented promotional opportunities for members to impact the key individual in the rental housing industry today. The Board usually meets on the 3rd Tuesday at 9:45am at the TAA in the Conference Room. The 16 member Board is made up of key players in the industry with 4 Associate members and 12 Owner/Operator Members. 6 Annual Trade Show TAA s largest event of the year! The TAA Trade Show provides vendor/supplier members a prime opportunity to show off their products and services to the Triangle s multifamily housing decision makers and site personnel. With trade show attendance averaging 800 members, this is an event that simply can t be missed.
