2 Gold Sponsorship Package Speaking Opportunity A chance to address HI members at the event, giving you a distinct opportunity to introduce your company and promote your products and services. HI staff and sponsoring company will work in collaboration to determine the most appropriate audience, duration and function within the event for this speaking engagement. If appropriate, promotional material may also be distributed by HI staff to participants at respective event. (Material to be provided by sponsor but must be approved by HI.) 3 Sold! Platinum Sponsorship Package Breakfast Sponsorship & Speaking Opportunity Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed on signs next to food stations. Signs will also be posted at registration. This includes an exclusive chance to address HI members at the breakfast, giving you a distinct opportunity to introduce your company and promote your products and services. HI staff and sponsoring company will work in collaboration to determine the most appropriate duration and day within the event for this speaking engagement. 4 Individual Sponsorship Opportunities (not limited to) Awards Dinner ($4,000) This distinguished event is where we recognize the efforts of outgoing and incoming HI Board Officers who help advance HI s Mission and Goals. Other esteemed honors such as the new PSM Educator of the Year and HI s Member and Young Engineer of the Year will also be awarded and celebrated here. Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed on signs at the event. Signs will also be posted at registration. This includes an exclusive chance to address HI members at the dinner, giving you a distinct opportunity to introduce your company and promote your products and services. Opening Reception ($3,500) Attendees love to network and relax at the Opening Reception. Lunch ($3,000) Get recognition as a lunch supporter and have your brand and logo featured on signage for a scheduled lunch, that does not include a Pump Knowledge Workshop. An announcement will be made during the event recognizing your company as the official sponsor of the lunch and a flyer announcing your event sponsorship will be included in all registration welcome packets. Your company name and logo will be prominently displayed on one or more signs at the lunch and you will be able to distribute promotional materials. Reusable Customized Water Bottles ($3,000) Your name and logo will be in the hands of attendees as soon as they check-in at registration. Reusable, eco-friendly water bottles with your name and logo prominently displayed will be provided to every Conference attendee as part of their welcome packets. Coffee Breaks ($2,500) Attendees love coffee breaks and rush to get refreshed and recharged between sessions. Attendees will see your company name and logo on coffee break signage prominently displayed next to break stations. Signs will also be posted at registration. Conference Pens ($2,000) Pens with your company name and logo will be available at registration and with each attendee welcome packet. We will work with you to identify high-quality gifts that will garner participants attention and position your company to key industry leaders.
