2 Background 3 Current Status of Agriculture in Taiwan Industry Agricultural total output value 16.6 billion USD. Agriculture 48.9% Forestry 0.04% Livestock 32.7% Fishery 18.4% Agricultural GDP was 1.8% of the total GDP. The average farm household income was 34 thousands USD. Farmer Population engaged in agricultural is 555 Agricultural thousand, 4.9% of the national employment Rural Area population. The average age of farmers is around 62 years old. Land The agricultural acreage is 797,000 hectares, accounting for 22.12% of the total area. The average farm size is about 1.1 hectares, thesmall farm family business type. 4 2

Cause Flower buds to wither Pear scions to suffer frostbite (Apple Daily ) 19 Shang Jiang Pears In summer, continuous high temperatures and strong sunshine can cause a cooked pulp and translucency. 12 LoRa Signal Test A total of 51 test points were collected from various agricultural areas in Yilan. The straight-line distances are 17, 16 and 8 km (T1, T2, T3) respectively, and a test is set every 2 km along the way.
