You ll find a copy of these documents on our website inlog Independent samples of your product will be taken according the sampling schedule (see booklet AH Protocol) You will receive the results through the independent laboratory Zeeuws Vlaanderen. If exceeding(s) will occur, we will take more independent samples according to the schedule of the AH protocol. The AH-protocol will be checked in combination with the annual GLOBAL G.A.P. audit of the grower (and packhouse if included in GlobalGAP). We ask you to request the certification body of your choice for the audit. You can find the approved certification body's here: Approved CI's As soon the audit has passed, the data will be visible in the GLOBAL G.A.P. database. We ask you to share following information with each grower of your organisation, which supplies AH-product. 1. The AH-protocol booklet (Website inlog) 2. Which orchards (including GPS information send to Vogelaar) of the specific grower are included in AH-protocol. This information is needed during the AH protocol audit 3. AH-protocol sublicense to sign by the (this can be done on audit day) If an exceeding of 50% for specific active ingredients has occurred, please also share following information with each AH protocol grower of your organisation: 4. Which active ingredients have values above 50% MRL-EU and/or 50% ARfD-NL. 5. The control measures the grower has to take to meet the demands of the AH-protocol Each incident of pre harvest treatments will be send to the specific grower. All other need to receive a letter of conformance from you as supplier to Albert Heijn which states there hasn t been any exceeding. For each own sampling, or independent sampling result with active ingredients values above 50% MRL-EU and/or 50% ARfD-NL a notification must be done by using the tification survey If you have any questions regarding the above, please don't hesitate to contact us. The company will offer assistance and guidance to the sample takers and auditors to complete their tasks and will secure their safety. Albert Heijn, Service Providers, Sample takers, Labs and Certification Bodies auditing the Albert Heijn Protocol are not liable for any damage caused by the implementation of the protocol Registration of use of crop protection products with intermediate or high risk of EU-MRL or ARfD-NL exceedance: Albert Heijn expects you to strive to a level of max 50% of EU-MRL and/or max 50% of ARfD-NL We/I confirm to agree to all points For several active ingredients 100% of the ARfD-NL will be reached before reaching 100% of the EU-MRL. Vogelaar did found Prosulfocarb on late picked apples last season in different aera s : This chemical was used in nearby fields as soil preparation for winter wheat, or winter barley. it is NO drift that causes the prosulfocarb on apples, but more worse after spraying it will become vapour and that can contaminate neighbouring fruit a lot further into the orhards/fields specially when sprayed with less wind. As this chemical is has a MRL-EU of 0,01mg/kg a finding wil result in a 100% of MRL-EU and result in problems very fast. What are your control points for this chemical? In NZ are apples grown in no cereal growing area's risk for contamination. in NZ are for wind protection surrounded by high hedges. Do you expect an other active ingredient that you use during the growing season can result found value of more than 50% of EU-MRL/50% of ARfD- NL? Please fill it in, or update the downloaded version. DO NOT use your old copy from your computer because the file is changed by us in the background and varieties are added! Please save the file to your computer. IMPORTANT NOTE: DO NOT CLOSE THIS SURVEY, ALL ENTERED DATA WILL BE LOST! Download the file on an other computer/browser/tab It is very important that our information about your and orchards are up to date. Therefore you are required to notify us of any changes in your grower/orchard database. What changes have there been compared with the downloaded version? Please collect the auditreports from all pack houses above. We will send certificates and audit reports separately to protocol@vogelaar.com Independent sampling: Vogelaar Vredehof will continue to organize the independent sampling for the AH protocol. Based on the results Vogelaar Vredehof will take the requested number of samples as listed in the AH protocol. I accept the independent sampling by "Lab Zeeuws Vlaanderen" and will pay the samples directly to the lab. Action points: * Please complete the file within 2 weeks from now * Save the file on your computer for later use of the AH protocol. * Send the file to Vogelaar Vredehof * Delete your file from your computer to avoid different versions Vogelaar will make a hyperlink to a GPS overview of your AH orchards. If het information is filled in right, you will get a nice overview that you can use for GlobalGAP audits/other clients. I will complete and send the file as soon as possible, but at least within 2 weeks from today, including all orchards of all our AH.
