21 ...What is ETESP Fishries Sector Achievment...Several ha of brackish water shrimp ponds rehabilitated Involving shrimp farmer 51 private shrimp hatcheries rebuilt Aquaculture livelihoods grants have enabled small scale fish farmers Fisheries livelihood grants disbursed in 734 fisheries-dependent villages fifty five fisheries (55) infrastructure sites i.e. fish landings, wharves, markets, ice plants, benefiting up to fishermen, traders, and workers A total of 152 medium and large boats (in range 5 20GT) and fishing gear have been handed over to fishermen in fishermen communities by March 2009; Around tree replanting, including mangrove 52 Training courses conducted for fishermen, farmer, DKP Staff, Panglima Laot and the others achievment

22 ...What is the lesson learnt...in general Good planning will guide the best result of the project, maintly ho to prepare Detail Engeenering Design and clear status of land for building the facilities; Move from centralization to decentralization got more eficiency and effective for project management and implementation, cause of local staff could be involve and converhensif in it day to day. In directly they can inprove and increase their ability how to manage the project properly; Partial coordination change to integral coordination, affected for team work and solve the problem in the field. Both in provincial level and district level have team coordinator to lead project implementation in village; Supevise has a important rule how to make a project result got good quality. The problem is lack of the capacity of the supervisor and not present day to day to control and supervise the project; Community involve in supervise is a key parameters most interesting, it shown for bout building project.
