1 LABELLING GUIDE FOR GOTS CERTIFIED PRODUCTS This guide sets the requirements for the use of the registered trademark 'Global Organic Textile Standard' (GOTS logo) in order to ensure correct and consistent application on products as well as in advertisements, catalogues or other publications. LABELLING GUIDE FOR CERTIFIED GOODS 1 I. «Organic textile»* labelling rules * In case of fibres in conversion to organic farming indicate "organic - in conversion" For customer, one of the following labels must be used when 95% or more of the fabric content is certified organic origin or from «in conversion» period, as specified in chapter 2.2 of the standard GOTS. GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD Organic With GOTS and Ecocert logos Without logo : Certified by Ecocert Greenlife 1 The labelling requirements describes in this guide, may be amended according to the french legislation on products labels or on certification, or according to the interpretation by the administrative or judicial authorities.

II. «Made with X% organic materials» labelling rules * In case of fibres in conversion to organic farming indicate Made with X% organic - in conversion materials For customer, one of the following label must be used when more than 70%, and less than 95% of the fabric content must be certified organic origin or from in conversion period, as specified in the chapter 2.2 of the standard GOTS. GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD Without logo : * X: indicating the exact composition percentage of organic fibre material (between 70 and 95%). 2

But it is client responsibility to be in compliance with applicable regulations in countries where organic products are sold. 4

SPECIFICATION FOR THE USE OF THE ECOCERT LOGO Refer to the document TS06(GT) - RULES OF USE MARKS AND LOGOS ECOCERT - GLOBAL ORGANIC TEXTILE STANDARD who is an integral part of the present guide. III. Approval Any document (labels, web site, advertisements or anything else) bearing the logo must be approved by Ecocert prior to any diffusion by using F408. Please note that our validation only concerns GOTS and/or ECOCERT mentions. GOTS requirements regarding labelling and packaging do not prevail on applicable regulation in countries where organic products are sold. 5
