Our integrated approach encompasses almost all aspects on the dairy industry value chain, right from engaging with farmers on cattle health and milk production, cattle feed supply, and procuring only the best quality of raw milk. Considering the importance of milk in the food processing industries, here we are making a genuine effort to provide technologies to increase the quotient of quality with 20 Chilling Plants. Milk Chilling is the most essential step in making the milk fit for human consumption. - Prabhat Dairy has started the initiative Fodder Management Programme with an aim to boost the dairy farming business in the drought affected areas of Maharashtra by reducing the production cost and increasing their profits. - It is the quality of milk that determines the level of goodness it provides. And it is no secret that the journey of good quality milk begins with healthy and happy cows. Our Cows are fed with high quality feed that is filled with nutrients like vitamins, minerals, proteins, fats and carbohydrates. The cows also undergo timely medical check-ups to maintain a healthy fat and SNF percentage in milk.

9 PRABHAT DAIRY EXTENSION ACTIVITIES ANIMAL HEALTH CHECKUP CAMP The basic objective of conducting the camp is to gain an understanding of the general livestock health status, breeding status, management practices and prevalent diseases/problems in the area so that livestock related interventions could be taken up systematically. PRABHAT SANJEEVAN YOJANA The main objective of this scheme is to improve the profitability of the dairy farm by reducing the feeding cost by rationalizing the feeding practices & improving the quantity and quality (mainly SNF) of the milk through the ration balancing and also by using feed supplements and mineral mixtures. BHARATIYA AGRO INDUSTRIES FOUNDATION (BAIF) We have collaborated with BAIF, a 50 year old NGO from Maharashtra, for providing high quality cattle breeding services in the milk sheds of Prabhat Dairy. Company has 50 Artificial Insemination (AI) centres to produce improved and high-yielding varieties of cattle. FEMALE CALF REARING PROGRAM The main objective of Female Calf Rearing Program is to enhance milk production per animal by bringing improved F1-generation in milk. PRABHAT SHETKARI SUVIDHA KENDRA Prabhat Dairy has started Prabhat Shetkari Suvidha Kendra in which all inputs like cattle feed, fodder seed, mineral mixture, milking machine, chaff cutter, preventive health care medicines, silage bags etc will be provided. More than 20 Suvidha Kendras are operating successfully.

As of today, we possess two large automated production facilities with advanced equipments at Shrirampur and Navi Mumbai in Maharashtra. SHRIRAMPUR PLANT These plants have an aggregate milk processing capacity of 1.5 million litres per day. 1.5mn ltrs our milk processing capacity across 2 manufacturing facilities. Association with 1. 2 lakhs+ farmers 670 Milk collection centres, 20 chilling plants and 250 bulk milk coolers. NAVI MUMBAI PLANT distributors serving a large number of retail outlets.
