CytoMate is a new smart lab cell culture assistant, which takes a live recording of the cells from inside the incubator and instantly analyses the information providing you with valuable information on the condition of the cells.. The incubator can remain closed as the computer tablet gives you a live view of the cells. This limits light exposure, temperature CO 2 fluctuations and infection risks, giving the cells the best environment to grow. If attention is required, a notification message is send to you. The live recorded data can be accessed online anytime from anywhere in the world via computer, smartphone or tablet.

3 Be informed. Always. The CytoMate is a small automated digital imaging and sensor system that provides a label-free, non-invasive method of monitoring cells inside an incubator. Not only does it capture every moment of your cell culture, it also records temperature levels. This data is analysed to give you valuable information on cell numbers, confluence, doubling time and temperature. Customizable threshold levels give you control at your fingertips and automatically update you when a confluence level is reached, or if the incubator temperature has dropped. Easy setup. Easy access. Once a culture has been placed on top of the CytoMate inside the incubator, the tablet is used to focus the live recording, label the project and start the recording. From this very moment the monitoring, documenting and alerting is done via this smart unit. Whether you are in the laboratory, the office, at home or traveling, you can check in at any time using any internet activated device by login into your account for live data records and images. Important threshold alerts will are ed to you directly in the event of a breach.

On your account a complete record is kept of all the cell cultures recorded including the temperature, confluence level and morphology. At any time you can look back, analyse and extract the information you need most. Watch. Don t open. Cell culture incubators should ideally stay closed as opening the door causes the temperature and CO 2 to drop from to room level. This fluctuation along with the risk of infections entering, can impact the growth of your cells. With CytoMate you don t have to open the incubator to know how your cells are doing.
