Biofilm study: Also interested in studying various bacterial strains tendency for biofilm formation on various material surfaces and also control of such a biofilm using host specific bacteriophages and phage cocktails. Bacterial antibiotic resistance: Studying drug resistance in different bacterial isolates from local hospitals, especially focusing on molecular level along with other factors.
