4 COMPANY S DEVELOPMENT DREITURM GmbH is a company, that distributes its body care and household products and its floor cleaners via a widespread network of specialist wholesalers. DREITURM GmbH is also a company, that works as a contract manufacturer for many companies in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry as well as for many large companies in the field of household cleaners and household care products. However, manufacturing medical and pharmaceutical preparations also become a significant part of the business. No matter if manufacturing according to batch or conti -processes or in modern homogenizing process plants under vacuum DREITURM is able to meet all demands. Efficient filling lines for tubes, bottles, jars also large containers we garantee an optimal production process. Our in-house research and developing laboratory, analytical laboratory, the microbiology and the packaging control are inherent parts of our quality management protocol. All our pharmaceutical production areas are continously brought up to the latest standards of technical know-how and have been equipped accordingly. It is possible to produce according to GMP, as the goods are manufactured in climate controlled and over-pressurized facilities. All this is documented under consideration of cleaning and manufacturing instructions as well as necessary in-process controls. All raw materials are supplied through an appropriate security entrance to our pharmaceutical production areas. Weighing is done under consideration of Laminarflow, which avoids a chemical and microbiological contamination. The demineralized water, used for manufacturing, becomes a pharmaceutical raw material thanks to modern technology. All formula ingredients are released under strict pharmaceutical quality checks. Utilizing production lines equipped with pharmacode reading devices provides and guarantees an optimum control. Our at the beginning of 2010 newly established Laboratory of research and development, our state of the art analytical Laboratory, our in-house microbiology and the packaging control represent the base frame of a comprehensive quality assurance system. Following our guidelines, an anticipatory orientation of our enterprise only can be ensured by ongoing investments in new technologies in the manufacturing and laboratory areas, which is on our part implemented consequently.
