Graduate Intern/Lab Manager~ North Carolina A&T State University ~ ( ) Internship Project Enhancing Cell Viability through Biospecific Films: Preliminary Studies for the Development of a Bioreactor Designed and conducted biocompatibility studies using primary liver cells and HepG2 liver carcinoma cell lines cultured on functionalized conductive films Developed and optimized the usage of conjugation chemistry for the immobilization of biospecific ligands such as hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), epidermal growth factor (EGF), and transforming growth factor α (TGF-α) on conductive surfaces.
