2 GLASSES Armored glass is composed of several layers of polycarbonate, polyurethane and glass. From the combination of these materials a very resistant and bulletproof glass is obtained. These glasses can be curved to replace the original glass of the vehicle or planes to be placed behind the original glass and architectural applications. The resilience of these glasses depends on its thickness, the most common thicknesses are 21 mm for NIJ level III, 34mm to stop AK-47 (7.62x39), and 41mm for NIJ level III / EN-1063 level BR6 ( 7.62x51M80) ACRYLIC They are transparent acrylic plastic version of armored glass. These acrylics are used to shield trucks transporting valuables, bank ATMs windows; They can also be used to protect buildings, offices, prisons and warehouses. The master rolls can be purchased at 40 (1m) wide by 120 feet (36.5m) long. Stevens Urethane SecurSeal ST-3199-ES is a polyurethane film with multiple layers designed as a protective cover for the edge of the transparent layers of security. Stevens Urethane SecurSeal ST-3199-ES fits all conventional laminated glass processes and comes in a wide variety of thicknesses. TAPE SENSITIVE TO PRESSURE Tapes designed to completely cover the surface of a tool and a release agent is not necessary ever. 7 LAMINATING POLYCARBONATE HLG5 Margard Lexan sheet is a transparent laminated on one side with a very high degree of hardness, which provides excellent optical properties for glass lamination, primarily for safety panels asymmetric resistant glass bullets.
