5 WORK-IN-PROGRESS - PRIORITIZATION The prioritization feature is a supplemental workflow organizer that can be used to obtain a snapshot status of all jobs and appointments that are within the date selected. The Prioritization options are designed for ease of access and viewing for all staff that would assign and/or monitor jobs, appointments, technicians and/or resources. The display includes jobs and technicians along with their priority, workflow stage/status, time clock activity, daily effort summary, pop-out summary and work order flag(s). There are three different viewing tabs for prioritization. 1. Overview tab 2. Technicians tab 3. Resources tab
6 PRIORITIZATION - OVERVIEW TAB The Overview tab view provides a single-column listing of all jobs and appointments for the date selected.
7 POLL QUESTION 1. Is it possible to allocate a portion of labor time from a work order to a future days schedule? Yes = Holdover No
8 PRIORITIZATION - TECHNICIANS TAB The Technicians tab displays one or more groupings of job(s) for each technician, unassigned jobs and scheduled jobs.
9 PRIORITIZATION - RESOURCES TAB The Resources tab allows the user to schedule blocks of time to a resource. - A resource could be a dedicated bay (i.e. - alignment, oil change), or equipment (i.e. - scanner, tire machine). The time available for a resource is aligned with the Shop Hours for a specific day.
