The company Seal Engineering AS is a Norwegian limited liability company that was established under the name of Seal-Jet Norge AS in The founders/owners have worked in the sealing business industry since the 1980s and are still active in the day-to-day running of the company. The company name was changed in 2012 to strengthen and highlight the service aspect of our activity, so that we stand out both as a production company and a service provider in our industry. We can provide technical consultancy services, root cause analysis of damage and breakdowns and functional tests, including for example: Thermal characterisation: Analysis of sealing materials in applications Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC): A method for thorough analysis of sealing materials Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA): Provides information on the chemical composition as well as the thermal and oxidative stability in polymeric materials Dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA): Provides detailed information on the visco-elastic properties of polymers If the existing sealing solutions have failed, we can cooperate with the customer to analyse and develop new, improved technical solutions.
