This perpetual performance rating floats up and down based on the agent s on-time delivery and quality-of-work score-card. Performance is a key part each Cast Member s deployment profile and priority is given to Cast Members with higher ratings. Performance Rating

5 5 Profiled deployment Cast Members are profiled on over 60 unique success factors prior to deployment. By considering the Cast Member s experience, skill-sets, category knowledge, tool availability and performance ratings, the right person is matched to each job requirement.

6 Training & Certification Prior to executing store visits, Cast agents are trained on program objectives and procedures using web-based video. The Cast deployment team then goes further by testing each agent on key objectives and procedures before awarding work assignments. This certification process insures that our Cast Members are prepared for the visit before they arrive at store level.

8 Your expectations drive our standards of operation It is standard protocol for Cast to QC 100% of stores serviced through our proprietary post-visit review process. It is typical for 20% of reported locations to require revisits before the final report is delivered to our client. Quality Control

9 Key performance indicators Cast works with clients to establish KPI s such as in-stock conditions and modular integrity so that each location can be measured to establish a store performance rating. This score-card allows clients to measure and compare store conditions by KPI and as a weighted average.
