9 AIRWATCH - STRENGTHS Excellent support for mobile OS flavors. Excellent ios support from the beginning Quick to adapt to new OS versions Easy "over the air" installation Often take calls at the helpdesk while the attorney is at the store making the purchase No upgrades I need to worry about. :)

10 AIRWATCH - WEAKNESSES Web admin console is capable but has changed a few times...dramatically As all MDM's are... limited by what Apple lets them do Wide range of device support, but not all features are available on all devices Weak Blackberry support...like barely works weak. Native Android mail app doesn't work nearly as well as the AirWatch mail app does, but it's not as integrated with other Android apps Goof ball Android flavors don't always report their encryption correctly IOS - App blocking - Compliance Policy - can't block a single app - have to block app store and force delivery of apps through app catalog In a BYOD environment, Enterprise wipe will yank all apps and config delivered via the app catalog. If they "detached" data from and and saved it locally it will remain.
