5 Greetings what happens next? You ll soon meet your new beverage BFF. We call them Route Sales Representatives, or RSRs for short. Based upon your scheduled appointment, your RSR will stop by your home to deliver your first bottled water or coffee order. It s important that you re around so he or she can get you all set up. If your service includes dispenser equipment, your RSR will set it up and show you how it works.
