Contact your Cintas Service Sales Representative (SSR) to request additional items. LOST/DAMAGED REPLACEMENT CHARGES What are Lost/Replacement Charges? A Loss/Replacement (LR) charge is incurred if items are lost or need to be replaced for a reason other than normal wear and tear. If facility service items are not turned in on service days, you may receive an LR charge. BILLING AND PAYMENT What type of Billing and Payment terms do we have with Cintas? All billing and payment will be done locally between the individual Cintas location and customer facility. A monthly statement will be sent to your facility by the Cintas location that services you each week. Your facility is responsible for paying the Cintas location. Payment terms are Net 30 days. AAA NATIONAL RENTAL PROGRAM National Pricing: Garment descriptions, Cintas style numbers, inventories, changes, the corresponding rental pricing and the individual loss/replacement charges for your uniform program are listed in the below section.
