VICE-PRESIDENT FINANCE, NORTH-AMERICA Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the Presidents and the COO, responsible for information management within the Flooring and Panel Business Center in North-America, managing the mill controllers, leading strategic investments/de-investments projects and enhancing management reports accuracy and timeliness to increase shareholders value creation. Domtar Inc Domtar is the third largest producer of uncoated freesheet paper in North America. DIRECTOR FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING (MONTREAL) Reporting directly to the CFO and working closely with the COO, responsible for information management within the pulp and paper and the forest products divisions, managing the mill controllers, leading the strategic projects of the divisions and developing new reports to enhance shareholders value creation. Automated the management reports with BW-SAP of the Forest Products Division. As a result, management reports are available on the 5 th working day; Lead the finance controller teams (70 employees); Coach the controllers to become business advisors; Enhance accuracy, reliability and timeliness of the financial management information; Representing Domtar on 3 joint ventures boards of directors; Lead the monthly divisions operational review. Eminence Consulting Services Inc. Since 2003 Consulting Company specialized in process optimisation, project management and profitability enhancement. OWNER (MONTREAL) Responsible for delivering high value solutions related to finance. For Accenture Inc., managed a project to integrate 269 European companies within the consolidation process of the second largest aluminum producers in the world; Managed a project to define the mission and vision and the key processes of a multi-million company; For IBM, lead a feasibility study to implement shared services for a European company. IBM Business Consulting Services (PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting) The largest consulting firm in the world. SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (MONTREAL & BRUSSELS) Responsible for the management and supervision of 10 professionals, definition of the strategic plan for finance and cost management solutions in Quebec: sales, target clients, solutions, employees and skill sets. Responsible for training and managing the project team of 5 to 25 individuals specialized in process transformation, shared services, business intelligence and financial systems implementation. Led feasibility studies and implemented shared financial services: accounts payable and receivable, general accounting, fixed assets and financial reporting. As part of a temporary assignment for the Government of Guinea, acted as controller for ENELGUI.
