1 Effective Date 27 April 2018 Release Notes Overview Release for the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) was released on April 27, This release includes corrections to program deficiencies identified by the user community. This update impacts Warehouse Management, Maintenance and Utilization, Property Accountability, and Materiel Management Modules. Warehouse Management Module The following Warehouse Management were closed by this release: Delayed Mx Report SCR 0973 Created the Delayed Mx Report to allow the Warehouse Module the capability to better report vehicle part order status. CBRNE Over/Under Report SCR 1098 Created the CBRNE stock over/under report that shows overages and shortages by commodity in relation to min/max stock level. Aircrew Position Indicator SCR 1189 Added the Aircrew Position Indicator (API) field on each UIC assignment to show authorized quantities of equipment. Editable Expiration Dates SCR 1192 Allows the Warehouse user the ability to edit expiration dates on assets within the Warehouse Module. Member Size Inquiry SCR 1226 Addition of the Member Size Inquiry to the Warehouse Module to track each individual member s assigned sizes in DPAS. 1

2 Asset ID Addition to Warehouse Grids SCR 1233 Added the Asset ID field to the Warehouse Grids. Help Tickets The following Warehouse Management Help Tickets were closed by this release: Set Kit Outfits (LPWHN41) Help Ticket #18589 Updated the Set Kit Outfit Assemble process to allow users to assign a member during the assemble process of a Non-LIN based kit. Material Release Order Status Report (LPWHR73) Help Ticket #19716 Updated the MRO Status Report to include the Warehouse column on the Report. ICN Inventory Inquiry (LPWHQ47) Help Ticket #20199, #21054, #21459, #21471 Corrected a deficiency that caused duplicate serial numbers to be displayed within the Warehouse Module. Outstanding Items Inquiry (LPWHR77) Help Ticket #20514 Corrected a deficiency that caused the search criteria to work incorrectly when a Custodian had additional characters within their name. Quality Control Management (LPWHN56) Help Ticket #21222 Corrected a deficiency that caused the results to be displayed incorrectly when performing a Search and then filtering on a column. Help Ticket #18584 Updated the Quality Control process to no longer allow a user to modify the SKO Catalog record or Serial Update of a Kit when an open Quality Control record exists. Inventory Update Manager (LPWHN52) Help Ticket #21252 Corrected a deficiency that caused the focus of the mouse to no longer default to the Serial Number field when attempting a Stock Number change. 2

3 Help Ticket #22014, #20784 Corrected a deficiency that caused the calibration dates to be displayed incorrectly on the Inventory Update screen. Location AUD (LPWHN07) Help Ticket #21301 Corrected a deficiency that caused the user to receive an invalid validation message when attempting to load a new Location. Individual Return (LPWHN46) Help Ticket #21395 Corrected a deficiency that caused the user to receive an invalid validation message when attempting to conduct an Individual Return. Materiel Release Order (LPWHN35) Help Ticket #21530, #21952, #22743, #22798 Corrected a deficiency that caused a critical error when attempting to stock deny using the Material Release Order process. Help Ticket #21965 Corrected a deficiency that caused the MRO to be put into an invalid status when attempting to remove an item. Manage Physical Inventory (LPWHN53) Help Ticket #21537 Corrected a deficiency that caused the system to duplicate a reconciliation through the Physical Inventory process. Project Manage (LPWHN14) Help Ticket #21911, #23583 Corrected a deficiency that caused the Warehouse POC tabs to save incorrectly. Stock Number List (LCGLX21) Help Ticket #22174, #23427 Corrected a deficiency that caused the user to receive an error when attempting to save their stock number list. Shelf Life Expiration Job (LPCTI13) Help Ticket #22680 Updated the Shelf Life Expiration Job to calculate the expiration date on the last day of the month. 3

4 Issue / Return Inquiry (LPWHQ32) Help Ticket #22757 Updated the inquiry to include the Expiration of Active Service (EAS) column. ICN Browse / Add (LCGLM13) Help Ticket #22747 Corrected a deficiency that caused serialized component ICNs to not be displayed in the browse. Roles Request (N/A) Help Ticket #22888 Created the new role titled Warehouseman. CBRN Gear Report (LPWHR81) Help Ticket #22739 Corrected a deficiency that caused duplicate serial numbers to be displayed within the report. Receiving (LPWHN19) Help Ticket #23159, #23201 Corrected a deficiency that caused the MFR Date field to be required when that Stock Number did not require one. Help Ticket #23264 Corrected a deficiency that caused transactions to be incomplete. DLMS Inbound (LPWHI09) Help Ticket #22238 Corrected a deficiency that caused entity validation errors. Maintenance and Utilization Module The following Maintenance and Utilization Module were closed by this release: Tunner/Halvorsen Report SCR 0936 Created the Tunner/Halvorsen Real Time Report in Agency Pre-Defined Reports for Air Force. 4

5 Meter Reading Field Location SCR 1015 Moved the Meter Reading/Utilization field to the work order add/update processes to allow data entry of meter reading for maintenance/new work order; added work order utilization required (yes/no) field to MAM; updated work order inquiry to include meter reading fields. FAST Vehicle Reporting SCR 1039 For FAST Vehicle Reporting, added FAST reportable manufacturer checkbox and pre-populated dropdown selection, updated vehicle characteristics Vehicle Group Code and Vehicle Type Code, and updated vehicle characteristics for Fuel Config code and EPAct 2005 Designated Cd. Utilization Tracking SCR 1041 Added calculation of equipment utilization compared to target utilization for each asset (over/under) and made the data available in utilization reports. Role 8018 Update SCR 1058 Updated Role 8018 to allow technicians the ability to update labor times on sub work orders that are assigned to them. Work Order Inquiry Enhancements SCR 1144 Updated the Work Order Inquiry to include Asset ID, Status, Parts Cost, Work Order State Code, and Location to the grid options. Roles 1024 and 1190 Update SCR 1250 Updated Navy PPM Role 1024 and Accounting Role 1190 to include Master Data Appropriation. Fuel Management SCR 0944/0937 Fuel Management (phase 1): Provided the ability to upload fuel purchase CSV file into DPAS. 5

6 Property Accountability Module The following Property Accountability Module were closed by this release: Form DD 1150 SCR 1010 Updated Form DD 1150 to correctly check the Transfer checkbox when appropriate; Add DoDAAC to block 3 of the form; add Stock Number to block 9; add LIN/TAMCN below Stock Nbr. Asset Disposition Enhancements SCR 1032 Added search criteria of location and sub location to allow the user to mass dispose of assets through the Asset Disposition process. Property Administrator II Role Creation SCR 1061 Added new role Property Administrator II. Internal Use Software (IUS) Asset Management SCR 1062 Modified Stock Number Add/Update/Delete, Manufacturer A/U/D, Asset Receiving and Asset Update processes to support Internal Use Software (IUS) accounting and financial reporting. DLMS 856S/527R Additions SCR 1124 Added DLMS 856S/527R (Materiel Receipt Acceptance) for DAAS transactions. irapt (WAWF) Transactions SCR 1242 Added irapt (WAWF) transaction details to asset receiving process and related inquiries. Help Tickets The following Property Accountability Help Tickets were closed by this release: Stock Number Browse (WCGLM12) Help Ticket #20485 Corrected a deficiency that caused the ECC Code field to be updated incorrectly. 6

7 Authorization LIN TAMCN Inquiry (WPAUQ03) Help Ticket #20490 Updated the inquiry to include LIN/TAMCN as a selectable value to search. Capital Asset Report (WPACR05) Help Ticket #21712 Corrected a deficiency that caused location data to be missing from the report. Stock Number/Selected Mass Change (WPCTN02) Help Ticket #21535 Corrected a deficiency that caused the incorrect stock number to appear upon completion of the change. Pending Transactions UD (WPHRN33) Help Ticket #22879 Corrected a deficiency that caused the Pending Transactions Update/Delete to select only the first page of listed assets rather than all assets when the Select All box was selected. Personal Property Capital Asset Inquiry (WPACQ10) Help Ticket #23172 Corrected a deficiency that caused a critical error to occur on the inquiry. Materiel Management Module The following Materiel Management Module were closed by this release: Air Force GFM-A Financial Reporting SCR 1016 Addition of the Financial Reporting functionality for the Materiel Management Module. 7
