13 Panel Participants Robert James AOL ERP Solutions Robert has over 20 years of experience with Financial Systems and has worked with SAP for 13 years. He has worked for KPMG Peat Marwick and UUNET/WorldCom/MCI/ Verizon. He has worked as a Senior Manager with AOL for the past 7 years. Over the past few years, Robert has led efforts to transform AOL s accounting systems into a global landscape with new companies in Europe and Asia. He is primarily working in the FI and CO areas, and specifically leads process improvement initiatives concerning SAP.

14 Panel Participants Lori Papp CryoLife Controller Lori Papp, CPA started her career in public accounting as an auditor with KPMG. Prior to working at CryoLife, Lori was a member of the corporate accounting team of H.J. Heinz. Lori has been with CryoLife since CryoLife develops, manufactures, and commercializes medical devices for cardiac and vascular applications and preserves and distributes human tissues for transplantation. Lori was the finance lead for CryoLife s initial SAP implementation in January 2002, and has been a regular SAP user ever since. CryoLife has been a long term customer of Z Option products, including GLSU since 2008 and Budget Loader since Lori is currently the Controller of CryoLife and manages the company s accounting and finance functions.

15 Panel Participants Eric Frisvold Salo Consultant at Kraft Foods Eric Frisvold has more than 25 years of project management experience, including 15 years on SAP projects. Having completed assignments in both information technology and accounting, he often serves the roll of bridging the gap between the user and technical communities. In 2013 Eric developed an Excel GLSU journal entry template for companywide use at Kraft Foods. The rollout of Z Option GLSU to more than 500 users at Kraft was completed on schedule, defect-free and has been very well received. Kraft s project success is a testament to the value of effective planning, collaboration, change management and support.

20 Customer Success Typical Uses of GLSU Customer: AOL Robert James Quote: GLSU has dramatically improved our users journal and invoice entry experiences in two specific ways: One by the ability to auto-attach the source documentation to the entry, and Two by providing an intuitive field-level validation of the whole entry prior to posting. Together, these two powerful improvements impact the time to post entries so much as to change the nature of their jobs. Customer: CryoLife Lori Papp Quote: We like to use GLSU as a bridge to post data from our separate equity management and expense reporting management software programs. We post the majority of our closing journal entries with GLSU and use the functionality to automatically attach the supporting spreadsheet right to these journal entries.
