2 The world of digital and Machine to Machine (M2M) services has changed. 12 On top of that, as the main vertical solution, Comarch e-care Platform consists of a Home Medical Assistant (HMA) which is a medical device for patients at home integrated with numerous complimentary medical sensors (e.g. sphygmomanometer, peak flow meter, spirometer, pulse oximeter, scales, thermometer and glucometer). It also includes a Personal Medical Assistant (PMA) a portable mobile device for ECG (Electrocardiography) records, dedicated to patients outside the hospital environment, and e-care Monitoring web-based software, together with mobile applications for doctors. The basic task of the platform is to collect and analyze data in the form of medical parameters from HMA and PMA devices and present it in the e-care Monitoring Center, integrated with other systems (such as Electronic Health Record).
