2 Developing or find good vibration analysis is not easy. Talent vibration analysis requires multi-disciplines from Rotating Equipment, Mechanical, Signal analysis and computer skill. Moreover skill is the most importance as the function of time and effort spent! Vibration school does not make the champions.

3 We can buy good tools or equipment from technical specs. But we can t buy good people from good specs. Spec is just screening process only. That is the reason, why? Human asset is the highest asset value of the organization. Talent vibration analysis is rather be Tacit than Explicit knowledge as it needs complex logical, not simple logic. 4 1. Customer buy a vibration tool, perform autonomous vibration monitoring as normal practice. Export vibration file via simple or FTP to us for help as the specific cases. Then we will import your file and do analysis and report back to you. 2. Customer buy a vibration tool, perform measurement the vibration and download to customer computer. Then allowing us to remote access to customer vibration computer for analysis as the specific cases or the whole vibration monitoring process. 3. Customer buy a vibration tool, perform measurement the vibration and download to customer computer. Data will be automatically transferred to Cloud server. Then our intelligent software will automatically analyze and report back to customer with clearly stated the condition and pinpoint the problem with trending. 4. Extend from item 3, customer can access customer own database at our Cloud server anytime to perform own analysis or track our working quality anytime. 5. Extend from item 3 or 4 with online vibration monitoring system ( incl customer PLC ) 6. Extend from item 3 or 4 with wireless autonomous 3 axis vibration with temperature. The above solutions, our single vibration analysis person can handling more than 10 customers simultaneously. While high reliability is met at low operating cost and customer can tackle human resource problem. Report can be made direct to SAP or Maximo. While another system needs OPC
