4 Pricing based on the number of NAV users To make sure we have the right price for everyone, our pricing is based on the number of users in your Microsoft Dynamics NAV installation. The term Users refers to the total number of Microsoft Dynamics NAV Full Users in your license not how many are going to use our solutions If you purchase a license for an unlimited number of users, you will have no additional charges if you add more users to NAV If you purchase a license for a limited number of users, you will have to pay the difference if you add more users to NAV and if you go to the next price level Enhancement Plan fees will automatically be updated with the actual number of users when the next period starts >> INDEX 4

Simple registration of e-documents Receive your documents electronically directly into Microsoft Dynamics NAV with Continia e-documents Import. Automatically register electronic documents, that already contain data, and which therefore do not need OCRprocessing. Registration of e-documents becomes an integral part of your work in Microsoft Dynamics NAV with Continia e-documents Import. When processing the e-document, you are presented with a styled image of the file. Handle all formats Continia e-documents Import contains direct communication some of the leading VANS-providers (Value Added Network Service), thereby making it easy to receive your e-documents through the secure network of these VANS-providers, no matter the format and directly to Microsoft Dynamics NAV. The solution provides the ability to receive e-documents in the following standard formats: PEPPOL (2.0) OIOXML (UBL 0.8) OIOUBL (UBL 2.02) EHF (UBL 2.1) Other formats are easily imported by converting the documents through a VANS-provider. You can specify how to handle e-documents, either to place them in an internal file-folder and import them yourself, or you can download them from a VANS-provider s system directly into Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Familiar registration and approval process As with Continia Document Capture, Continia e-documents Import uses the VAT-number to identify the vendors in NAV. Just as documents received in Continia Document Capture, Continia e-documents Import assigns a set of registration, approval and posting rules that enables you to quickly register the e-document to a purchase invoice and if desired even post the invoice immediately. When sending invoices and credit memos, received through e-documents, for approval the users access the documents using the familiar Continia Web Approval Portal. All documents pending approval are accessible to the approvers this includes e-documents, PDF-documents received by and scanned paper documents. When approving e-documents the user is provided with an image of the e-invoice making it easy for the approver to overview the full content of the invoice. Easy and swift implementation Continia e-documents Import is easily added to your Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution. Please be aware that there might be some additional costs in relation to the VANS provider you are using. Submission of receipts on the go Business travelers no longer need to return to the office to bring in their travel report with paper receipts. They can do everything related to this on the go with Continia Expense Management. Through the Expense Management app, travelers can do their expense reporting on the go in just a few steps: they take a picture, fill out required fields and send directly to bookkeeping. Mileage registration is handled in the same way. All configuration of fields showing in the app is done from Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and once the expense report has been sent in by the traveler, all digital receipts will be visible in NAV. Automatic credit card matching Continia Expense Management enables you to import employees credit card spending directly into Microsoft Dynamics NAV and automatically link the individual spending line with a registered receipt. Once matching of transactions and expense reporting is done, finance will have a full overview of transactions missing documentation from the employee. Access documentation directly from Microsoft Dynamics NAV Continia Expense Management will daily collect the traveler s activities and send it to NAV. This will give you a complete overview of expenses for the company in real time, directly in your NAV.
