20 Business Problem Complex wholesales payment processing with over 20 staff reconciling payments in multiple locations Previous inability to integrate new business (more data processing) without additional headcount Significant cash concentration and reconcilement challenges Sales & Delivery had no standard method to process payments 20
21 Benefits of Integrated AR Automation and Mobile Reduced significant staff by using DadePay AR Automation (Zero FTE increase for US staff from 2014 to 2016 with the addition of 525K payments over two years) Cash concentration reporting now automated DadePay mobile is used by 1,200+ sales team members which allows simplified payment processing and immediate deposits to their banks. Reduction in DSO improvement with DadePay Mobile we added an additional division, all Canada payment processing, and mobile payments. We continued to maintain our costs and headcount, resulting in a reduction in our cost per payment. 21

23 Lessons Learned Deployment Process Mobile started out with a small pilot group to build payment history. Then did each division separately. Set up an box for any immediate concerns. AR Automation Also did division by division in order to build payment history so that we could take advantage of straight through processing. Other benefits Able to put on some of our Sales Administration team. Two of our divisions using the French version of the app. Easy to train new employee s on the validation in the Dade system due to ease of application. Survey 23
