1 SAP SDO Script Demo Setup and Preparation: Step 1: Follow the Jitterbit SAP SDO Installation instructions to install and prepare your org for our demo Step 2: Login into SFDC -> click Accounts -> All Accounts Step 3: In a new tab, open the Jitterbit WMC tab. Username: Demopod+sdo@jitterbit.com Password: J1tterb1t Step 4: Using IE8, IE9, IE10 (in compatibility mode), or Firefox (required for Mac OSX), login into the SAP Web UI at Username: Jitterbit PW: J1tterb1t Additional Notes: Because of Salesforce API errors, orders created automatically by Jitterbit in Salesforce are no longer linked to the opportunity. You must return to the account to view the related orders. Live Demo Part 1: Data Migration (Accounts) Introduce the Today we re going to look at how we can use Jitterbit to integrate SFDC with SAP using both business demo process integration and real-time integration using Lightning Connect, with a Customer Creation process, and an Opportunity to Order process. Open or create an account * The account must have the billing address information populated as well as a phone number. Currently, the Jitterbit SAP project only officially supports US address and phone numbers. As we move into one of our accounts, we see that the SAP Account ID field is currently blank. When we click the Jitterbit to SAP Button, it triggers an immediate workflow rule and outbound message. The message is received by the Jitterbit system and it creates a new SAP account.

2 Click Refresh Either copy or remember the SAP Account ID (if the SAP Account ID is not populated after several refreshes, check the Jitterbit Status field for additional info) When we refresh the page, you can now see that the SAP Account ID has now been properly populated and the ERP field displays the SAP logo. Switch to the SAP System. Click VD03 - Business Partner -> Customer -> Display -> Sales and Distribution Type or paste the Now let s go SAP Account ID check SAP to verify and hit enter that the account was actually created there as well. As you can see, all of our data within this account was brought over from SFDC. Switch back to SFDC

3 Click New Opportunity within the account and populate the required fields and click save. Let s create an opportunity. We can set the close date to today, and let s set it to negotiation/ review. Scroll down and Click Add Product Select the check boxes next to a few of the products. Click Select. Now we can add some products to our opportunity Type the quantities and click save. and select our quantities

4 Now we have a complete opportunity with a quoted amount. Change the order status to closed won by double clicking on the stage field or by clicking edit. Click Save. Wait about 3 5 seconds and refresh. (if the SAP Sales Order is not populated after several refreshes, check the Jitterbit Status field for additional info) Let s assume that the opportunity has been accepted. When we switch to a closed won status and click save, we are triggering another immediate workflow rule and outbound message that will tell the Jitterbit system to create a sales order in SAP. When we refresh the page, we can see that now our SAP Sales Order Number has been populated from SAP. To view our order here in Salesforce, we can scroll down and click on the order number. Switch to SAP VA03 - Logistics -> Sales and Distribution -> Sales -> Order -> Display

5 Type or paste the SAP Order Number in the Order field and press Enter. We can also verify that the order was created in the SAP system.. and view all of our new sales order details. Switch to Salesforce.com Click the hyperlink on the account name to return to the account page that the opportunity was created from. Scroll down to the orders section and click the newly created order.

6 We can now see that Jitterbit has processed our opportunity data by creating the SAP Sales Order and then in turn creating the SF order, populating the appropriate account, opportunity, order amount, SAP sales order, billing and shipping information, as well as our order products. Lightning Connect functionality is optional Click on the account name. Scroll to SAP_Sales_Orders Click the Order Number Hyperlink Now using Jitterbit and Salesforce Lightning Connect, we can easily view real-time data from our SAP instance. Back on the Account screen, we now have visibility into any historical SAP Sales Order Data, such as the order we just created. With Lightning Connect, data is displayed realtime without ever persisting the data in Salesforce. We can even drill into the order and view all of the individual line items.

7 Click on the Jitterbit WMC Tab in Salesforce.com We can also easily manage all of our Jitterbit Organizations, Users, Environments, Agents, and integration processes from the Jitterbit Harmony Web Management Console. Error Handling If you see the red error indicator in the ERP Field, Check the Jitterbit Status field for more information about the failure. If an error does occur, use it as a talking point about data validation using Jitterbit. Accounts: Must have a United States Billing Address and Phone Number. Opportunities: All products used must have an SAP Material Number.
