2 Lee Tung Street was previously a local street built in 1950s with residence for low-income citizen on the upper floor and printing workshops and retails particularly for greeting cards, calendar folders or stuffs of similar nature. 利東街的舊貌

3 The redevelopment Through a public tender process in June 2009, the Sino Group ( Hopewell Holdigns Ltd. ( ) obtained the development contract In May 2010, the construction of the project started. The first contract awarded was for the foundation and diaphragm wall. In November 2011,the China Overseas Building Construction Ltd. was awarded with the construction of the superstructure contract.

40 Transfer plate for highrise towers Construction of the transfer plate with tensioning input 本項目共有三個大砧板 ( 轉力層 ), 其中第 1 座和第 3 座大砧板採用預應力技術來配合傳統木範本, 可將大砧板的厚度從原來的 2800 mm 減至 2250 mm, 並減少下層支撐桁架的層數 每塊砧板的石矢量約為 1360m 3 因地盤交通情況及政府允許施工時間限制, 轉力層會在 1.2 米高的位置做一個橫向 C.J., 即分兩次用泵車落混凝土
