1 Annual progress report (Nov 05 Oct 06): Development of Renewable Energy Projects in the Ma Wan Theme Park Topics: Yang Hongxing Renewable Energy Research Group (RERG) The Hong Kong Polytechnic University - Progress made so far for Stage 1 projects - Current research activities and outputs - Proposal for Stage 2 projects Achievements: Progress so far Most of the renewable energy projects have been set up. Detailed plan for research activities have been initiated. A number of posters and leaflets have been prepared. A teaching package including powerpoint presentations and detailed plan have been developed for education and promotion activities. The data collection system has been developed. We have also developed a number of solar photovoltaic system controllers, data collection devices for solar lighting and other components for the ground-source heat pump system. Publications 1
