The panel bars are bonded along the length on the minispike, thus alleviating the deformation of any component. 6 For the production of the interior doors Intermetal uses solid cores,semi-solid cores and honeycomb cores that are available in PVC,MDF and in a Veneer Finish. The solid and semi solid cores are manufactured by mixing wood particles or flakes with a resin and forming the mix into a sheet. The honeycomb is a building and packing material, and one of the most common uses of paper honeycomb is for interior doors. The collection is suitable for any room,however,we recommend using only the PVC Doors in the bathroom as they are water resistant. Flat doors 8-9
