All certification / qualification for the vehicle and crew are available for inspection. Before any activity on site, a site-specific risk assessment will be prepared, all Live personnel will be made aware of the content / signed in to it. The vehicle will be prepared for installation / recovery of the track panels. Whilst on site hazard lights / roof beacons will be active. The vehicle will reverse to the start of the access under the guidance of a banksman. All reversing will be under the supervision of a trained banksman. All crane operations will follow stabilizer guidance as documented in the vehicle safety pack. All Epsilon crane operation must be via the remote control unit. When working in an area where remote control is prohibited the umbilical cord must be used.
