9 PIPE CORRAL SHADERS, WINDBREAKS, HARDWARE ALL shaders are made with 26 gauge Galvanized or OPTIONAL color sheeting. WE fasten each sheet to the frame on 6 to 12 centers along all horizontal rows with tek screws with washers. ALL roofs have a pipe or rake angle along the sides for extra screws to help prevent crosswind damage and vibration. SHADER frames have an eave overhang to allow for drainage past optional windbreaks. SHADER legs are full length and extend completely to, or into the ground for a stronger connection. PIPE frame shaders are made to be installed to regular pipe corrals! Units for pastures, up to wood, block, or chain link fences will be at the FREE STANDING/PURLIN SHADER pricing. Regular and trussed shaders are usually an 8 deep pipe frame welded in our shop and ready for pick-up or delivery. FREE STANDING/PURLIN SHADERS are made with heavier legs to concrete in place, ZEE or CEE roof purlins, & rake angle trim. They are usually 12 deep and are built from components on site and concreted in place. ENGINEERING for permits are not available on most shaders without significant steel and concrete improvements. 11 3 SIDED ENCLOSURES / LOAFING SHEDS PRICES LISTED ARE FOR A BUILDING, WITH GALVANIZED SHEETING ON THE ROOF AND WALLS, OPEN GABLES, LOCAL DELIVERY & INSTALLATION WITH TRUCK ACCESS ON A CLEAN & LEVEL PAD WITH EASY DIGGING & WITHIN 40 MILES OF OUR SHOP. Three sided enclosure walls are made with an 1-7/8" pipe frame welded in our shop and sheeted and installed in the field. Multiple rails or welded stud wire are built into the wall to protect the wall sheeting from kicking or rubbing. Three sides are normally covered 8ft high with 26 gauge galvanized hi-rib sheeting that is screwed to the pipe frame with self drilling screws. The roof is supported with 14 gauge or heavier zee or cee purlins. Concrete piers are normally dug and poured in the corners to support the building. Other options include: Baked enamel colored sheeting, feeders or feeder doors built into the wall, doors, overhangs off the front or back, gutter, tack and hay rooms, exterior runs, and closing of the gable sections on the sides. Enclosures are typically 12 ft DEEP but we can usually make any length or depth to suit your needs. Pipe corrals, P V C rail fencing, or other types of fencing can be attached off the building or to posts for runs. CUSTOM SIZES AND STYLES ARE USUALLY NO PROBLEM. Due to popular demand for faster ship dates, and lower prices, structural engineering and calculations are available only as an OPTION. Due to the number of customers who are not required to acquire building permits, and to the number of customers who ELECT NOT to acquire permits, we provide engineered stamped plans and calculations only when requested AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. Do it yourself kits are available with standard instructions and call support. Delivery is available. Storage type buildings listed come with closed gables standard. The two most common types of enclosures we do, have either six total horizontal rails that match up to our standard five ft. high 4 RAIL panels, or we will weld our heavy six ft. This eliminates the ties, bolts, bars, and bands required with traditional chain link that often fail. This makes for a safer, stronger, and lower maintenance kennel.
