3 About the Company SYSTEMA STROY provides the whole scope of works organizing the concrete products manufacture and residential and public buildings construction based on the reinforced concrete composite frame without collar beams of the KUB-3V System. The Company s partners are: - equipment, metal molds, processing lines and mounting devices manufacturing plants; - design companies; - construction and mounting companies. SYSTEMA STROY has been experienced with buildings and structures construction based on the reinforced concrete composite frame without collar beams since SYSTEMA STROY is a patent holder of the KUB-3V Building System. More than ten regions of the Russian Federation concluded the License Agreements with the SYSTEMA STROY for the right to use the patents of the KUB-3V System for residential and public buildings construction. In 2015, Kazakhstan and the Algerian People's Democratic Republic (hereinafter referred to as the APDR) obtained the title and the documents to use the KUB-3V Building System. To perform construction activities in the seismic areas of the APDR the KUB-3V System had been upgraded and renamed into KUB-3V-ALG. The detailed calculation of the KUB-3V-ALG System conformity to the construction activities in the seismic areas of the APDR had been executed. The static and strength calculation of the residential building supporting structures of the KUB-3V-ALG System was designed in Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2016 taking into account the seismic effects under the regulations of RPA 99 (the APDR s Regulations). The calculations demonstrated a possibility to use KUB-3V-ALG in the residential buildings up to 12 stores in the maximum seismic areas of the APDR (in the areas with seismic activity up to 9 points).

5 About Construction Buildings construction according to the KUB-3V System makes it possible to reduce the facilities construction cost and to reduce the construction prime cost by 25%, to reduce the construction terms, to improve the quality of construction, to speed up the payback period of the project. About Manufacturing The ability to use the various technologies to manufacture the concrete products allows adjusting to the local conditions. A flexible manufacturing allows producing a wide range of products, which can comply with any design documentation.

6 About Logistics A distance of delivery of the concrete products is up to 1,500 km. Transportation is carried out by rail on the universal platforms (up to 22 floor slabs on the same platform). Loading and fastening of cargo is performed under the loading scheme specially designed and approved by the Russian Railway. There is also possible the delivery of products by the road transport (up to 6 floor slabs on the same semitrailer). The percentage of defects during transportation over long distances shall not exceed 0.01%.

7 About Quality A control over the quality of products manufacturing is performed continuously. It starts with the procurement of quality raw materials and continues in the process of manufacturing, shipping and transporting of products to the construction site.

8 The features of the KUB-3V ALG Frame System The KUB-3V Building System is designed for various purpose buildings construction (residential buildings, social and utility facilities, storage buildings, multi-storey parking garages etc.) and of various number of storeys, both single storey or multi-storey buildings (up to 25 floors). The KUB-3V Building System allows the buildings and structures constructing on the sites with the seismic activity up to 9 points according to the scale MSR-64. The System is based on the reinforced concrete composite frame without collar beams. The main structural components of the frame are a slab and a column. It does not have the outer beam; the role of beam is performed by the floor slab reinforced in the estimated areas. The reinforced concrete composite frame without collar beams is technologically simple; it does not require any special equipment and complicated mechanisms for its mounting. All elements of the frame are manufactured in the factory conditions, where the reliable quality control is ensured during its manufacturing. And there is performed only an assembly of the finished products at the construction site.

9 The KUB-3V Building System differs from the similar systems: by the improved joint of the floor slabs; The KUB-3V System does not have the support brackets across the floor slabs that allows making a reinforcement of the floor slab joint with the solid reinforcement bars over the whole width of the slab, thereby increasing the strength characteristics of joint in contrast to the similar KUB Systems, where there are used the short reinforcement bars due to the availability of the support brackets in the floor slabs. A concrete embedment of the floor slab joints in KUB-3V is performed over the full length of the slab that also increases the rigidity of the floor slab joint in contrast to the similar KUB Systems, where a dry joint is formed in the points of contact of the support brackets. As a result of improvement the strength characteristics of the floor slab joint are increased by 10%.

10 The KUB-3V Building System differs from the similar systems: By availability of the patented conductor and composite support bracket (patents of the RF No and No ) The conductor and composite support bracket are installed on the column and used to provide the accurate mounting of the column drop floor slab that subsequently allows ensuring the accurate mounting of the adjacent slabs. After installation of the column drop on the support bracket the mounting crane is immediately released for the subsequent operations that significantly reduces the prime cost of works performed in combination with the time shortening of slab mounting and time of reinforcement of their joints. The use of the patented mounting devices allows ensuring the safe performing of works on mounting of the building frame.

11 The KUB-3V Building System differs from the similar systems: By the patented method of mounting of the frame without collar beams (patent of the RF No ) Column drop floor slab is put on the column and is fixed in the final position with the help of the conductor and composite support bracket. The support columns with a platform, which are further a support for the mounting of other inter-columned and medium slabs, are put across the slab on each side under the floor slabs. The support columns, which are installed under the floor slab joints, make these joints smooth, thereby eliminating the differences between the floor slabs. Two reinforcement bars with a diameter of 10 mm are passed through the intersection of the loop bars in the floor slab joints, and then the slab joints are embedded with concrete. The improvements applied in the KUB-3V Systems allow increasing the speed of carcassing, ensuring a high-quality mounting and minimizing the construction prime cost.

12 The System consists of two main supporting components, ensuring its strength characteristics columns and floor slabs, therefore the external and internal walls can be manufactured from local non-constructional materials. Possible types of external walls:

17 KUB-3V System Frame Concrete Products Manufacture. A flexible possibility to use the various technologies applicable for the specific situations allows ensuring a balanced and an efficient manufacturing of the concrete products of the reinforced concrete composite frame without collar beams of the KUB-3V System. On the construction site - the products are molded in the metal molds, which are located at the polygons close to the construction. Under the conveyor-type production method - the products are molded in the metal molds with the movement by posts in the molding workshop. In the metal molds - the products are molded in the metal molds, which have pallets for the heating medium supply. The forms are stationary. On the bench lines - the board equipment is molded on the molding sheet, in which the product is molded. Using the BSO-3V quick-release timbering - timbering allows molding the concrete products either on the bench line or by the conveyor-type production method, or in the conditions of polygons close to construction.
