5 Araldite Adhesives Fevibond 5 We offer our clients a wide range of very strong Araldites, which is known for its fast setting property. These adhesives are extensively used for binding products of ceramics, wood, chipboard, glass, metal and most hard plastic. Araldite adhesives can set in around 15 minutes, and can easily be sanded and/or painted when dry. 6 6 Hold Tight Sealant We are instrumental in providing our clients a extensive range of Holdtite Liquid Sealant, which comes under the brand name of Hawco. Introduced in 1943, our range widely caters to the needs of plumbing industry and is used as a pipe jointing sealant. It prevents leakage of fluids and gas through pipe joints, used in construction segment and auto segment. These are single component black liquid, where no mixing is required before usage and applying. Our range is known for its good adhesion which widely helps in jointing substances. Specification: Packs : 1 kg, 500 gms, 200 gms, 100 gms, 50 gms, 20 gms. GASKET SEALANT M-SEAL M Seal 55 Sets into a soft and pliable film, thus flanges/assemblies can be dismantled easily. N paste form, covers the surface uniformly. Withstands temperature up to 120 C. Easy to clean from surface, film can be peeled off easily without damaging the surface. M Seal R10 Joinsil 1018 Silicon Sealant Forms a flexible rubbery bead. In paste form with excellent ability for filling gaps. Withstands temperature up to 140 C. Easy to apply, no need for a separate gasket. Description Low modulus, one part, acetoxy curing at room temperature silicone sealant for general purpose. Offer good adhesion and performance in interior and exterior applications.

7 7 Anaerobics ANABOND ADHESIVES & SEALANTS Anaerobics Thread Locker Anabond thread lockers eliminates conventional locking methods like lock plates, star and spring washers and nyloc nuts. Produces fail-safe fastener assemblies to withstand heavy vibration Cured adhesive retains tightened torque. Anabond s Thread locking anaerobic adhesives provide a 100% leak free seal. Easy to dismantle. For locking threaded screws, studs, bolts and nuts of various sizes and shapes Anaerobics Bearing Retainers Anabond bearing retainers are formulated in a selection of viscosities, gap-filling ability and in strength characters. It is easy to assemble the components with clearance or transition fits. It dampens vibration and provides even distribution of load. Can be dismantled by using normal tools. Anaerobics Pipe Sealant For retaining cylindrical parts such as bearings, bushes, shafts, gears, cup plugs and splines, etc.

Anaerobics Microencapsulated Precoat Adhesive Anabond Microloc precoated adhesive system are solvent based, Encapsulated, user-friendly acrylic

9 9 based, ambient curing adhesives suitable for preventing vibration loosening of threaded fasteners. These precoat adhesives are well designed to form uniform coating on the fastners. This coating process converts ordinary fastners into user-friendly self locking fastners. Dry to touch, microloc precoated adhesive become integral part of the fastner and remain inert until the shearing action takes place, During shearing, the microcapsules break and release the adhesive which will eventually polymerize into a tough cured polymeric network. This polymeric network formed between the mating fastners works just in the same way a polymer formed from conventional liquid type anaerobic adhesives. This locks and seals the parts against vibration loosening and shock. 10 10 Anabond RTV Silicone sealants are widely used for making high performance, lowcost form-in-place gaskets. Cured silicone rubber does not set under prolonged compression. Use of Anabond RTV silicones eliminates finer surface finishing processes. Anabond RTV silicones adhere to metals, painted surfaces, glass, ceramic and plastics. Withstand temperature upto 300 C. Anabond s RTV single part potting compounds are clear in colour suited for encapsulating electronic components. RTV Silicones Two Part System Anabond s RTV two part silicones are widely used for potting applications in Electrical and Electronic industries. 11 11 Cyanoacrylates Anabond cyanoacrylate adhesives are one-part acrylate adhesives that cure instantly on contact with mated surface through a reaction with surface moisture. Cyanoacrylate are commonly called as Super Glues. Cyanoacrylate adhesives have high strength and excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates. Anabond cyanoacrylate systems are offered in a wide range of viscosities, curing time, gap filling, shear strength and temperature ranges. Features Instant bonding adhesive. Ease of application. Anabond epoxies cures to produce a tough durable coat or patch/bond and possess excellent resistance to water. It provides excellent dampening character. Used for patching and sealing application on various substrates like concrete, wood, metal, fiberglass etc. It is used as potting compound and coating compound for waterproofing application. Rubber Based Solvent based Neoprene Adhesives / Sealants Anabond solvent based adhesives are single component, room temperature curing, rubber based, liquid adhesives. It cures by solvent evaporation into a tough flexible rubber. These adhesives exhibit excellent adhesion to most substrates including rubber, glass, plastics and painted metal. Liquid Gasket Maker Anabond Rubber based Gasket makers are solvent evaporating system and ingredients were selected so as to have high solid content and excellent resistance to petrol, oil and water. It is safer, surer and superior to conventional pre-cut gaskets. Eliminates the need for super finishing of flange surfaces. It also offers excellent temperature resistance.

13 13 Break Shoe Bonding Adhesive Anabond Rubber based structural adhesive is a synthetic resin based, designed specially for bonding friction lining material in Brake-shoes and clutches. The product has exceptionally high strength to withstand very high shear loads prevalent between liner and brake-shoes / clutch plates. The strength is returned at very high temperatures so that the lining is bonded firmly even under severe working conditions. Non Curing Butyl Mastic Putty & Tape Anabond Non-curing Butyl Mastic Putty & Tape are Elastic, Non-curing and highly tacky compounds, possessing excellent peel strength. 14 14 Polyurethane One Part System Anabond polyurethane one part system are used for bonding, sealing, potting wide range of substrates such as steel, aluminium, stainless steel, ABS, flexible polyurethane, rigid polyurethane, PVC & wood. It possesses good weatherability and excellent mechanical properties. Excellent electrical insulating properties. Bonds a variety of similar and dissimilar materials. Good paintability. Used as roof sealing in bus bodies, PCB potting, capacitor potting and also as conformal coating. Two Part System Anabond two part PU compounds are room temperature curing, suitable for electrical and electronic industries. The cured compound provides excellent resistance towards moisture, oil, dust and industrial solvents. It provides excellent dampening characteristics. It has better hardness to withstand high stress. 15 15 Lubricants Silicone Grease Anabond s Silicone Grease is a single component modified silicone system. It does not harden or dry out or melt even after C, which shows good di-electric & lubricating properties. It readily wets and adheres to dry surfaces of metals, ceramics, rubbers, plastics & all insulating materials, giving them very high surface resistivity even under moisture condensing conditions. Thermally Conductive Silicone Grease (Heat Sink Compound) Anabond s Thermally conductive Heat Sink Compound s are single component modified silicone system. This product finds versatile applications like mounting studs of transistors, diodes and silicone rectifies to provide effective heat seal and to improve conductivity at heat sink junctions. Features It fills even minute air gaps between the mating surface & thereby reducing the thermal impedance. This product is a thermally conductive but electrically insulating system. It will not harden or dry out or melt even after C with good single component modified silicone system suitable for heat sink application. Polysulphide Sealant Anabond Tuffseald Polysulphide sealant is a universally usable for concrete joint sealant and industrial insulation glazing sealant. This is two part system. After mixing Resin and Hardener, the polymerization is initiated at room temperature, which proceed further until it is cured. Features It has good adhesion properties. It is mainly used as a fuel resistant sealant.
