5 Introduction Qatar Technical (Steel Fabrication & Industrial Refrigeration) launched in 2010, is an expansion to our first factory Alfa Industrial Refrigeration; a well renowned institution having more than 20 years of technical experience in Qatar in the fields of fabrication and refrigeration. Building on the success of Alfa, Qatar Technical is the culmination of years of experience and the launching point for the realization of our vision. A vision for ceaseless development to present Qatar Technical as a role model for a leading institution in both the manufacturing and engineering fields, exceeding technical achievements in the quality and reliability of our products and services to encompass development in other non-technical aspects of human potential. A long-term process realized through the provision of knowledge and awareness towards achieving an advanced, safer and greener work environment. In Qatar Technical, we incorporated larger and highly advanced technical facilities in a production area of 5000 m 2, designed to support new-product development and further enhance our existing products by stressing on quality consistency and compliance with international standards. QT comprises four divisions: Industrial Refrigeration, Machining, Standard Products, and Steel Fabrication. In each division, we provide our customers with a wide range of complete solutions tailored to their requirements. 5

6 Products & Services Industrial Refrigeration Division One of the very first divisions established that set us apart from all competitors in Qatar. The Industrial Refrigeration Division led our business and awarded us our esteemed reputation. Profound technical experience and dedication in our work are the keys behind our success and continuity. We provide our clients with a wide range of products and services that includes: Products: Polyurethane Sandwich Panels (PU Panels) with variable length and different cladding material. Services: Assembly and installation of Cold Rooms with refrigeration units (Chiller/Freezer). Assembly and installation of Refrigerated Boxes for transport vehicles with refrigeration units (Chiller/Freezer) and with optional Hydraulic Lift. Electrical/Mechanical maintenance and repair services for Chiller/Freezer Display Units and Condensing/Evaporating Units, Including: System troubleshooting and recharging Wiring and electrical panel works Motor rewinding Compressor overhauling and reconditioning Yearly maintenance contracts. Production Facilities Include: Automated PU foam injection line Winding machines Refrigerant recycling Systems Shearing,Bending machines 6

8 Products & Services Machining Division The Machining Division truly demonstrates our technical capabilities and potentials in the design and engineering fields. Our knowledge in metals and the various production processes involved in steel forming has given us leadership in designing, manufacturing and assembling steel molds. Products: We specialize in the design and fabrication of custom manufactured skids and moulds up to 6000Kg in weight to meet the everyday needs of a variety of industrial facilities. Services: Repair of steel moulds, tools and mechanical machine parts - moving or static. Production Facilities Include: CNC Turning CNC Boring CNC Drilling CNC Milling Sawing Shaping Planning Tapping Grinding Water jet We will be including further processes in the near future to complete our production line. 8

Raw materials go through extended computerized and automated processes to end up in their final product shape with high quality and precision. Our dedication in our work together with these top of the line machineries is a major reason behind our long lasting success in the market. Our standard products list is constantly being updated and reviewed to enhance product quality and to include additional products which further complement our production lines and diversify our capabilities. We emphasized on international and local specifications and added our own manufacturing expertise which we acquired in the past 20 years.
