The company was established in 2000 as a steel trader and has since transformed itself into a comprehensive steel treatment center delivering prefabricated steel parts worldwide. 3 PRODUCTION FACILITIES Our plant is located in Sevastopol, Ukraine. It is the largest steel service center of its kind in the CIS. Built in 2009, the plant is equipped with the most up-to-date machinery capable of processing black, stainless and aluminum steel. We offer a full range of value added services and deliver finished parts ready for final assembly. Whatever your requirement for processed plate our range of plate cutting equipment ensures we can offer exactly what you require. In addition to the cutting of steel, we offer a comprehensive range of finishing services enabling you to buy the part rather than the plate. Our finishing services allow you to purchase the finished product from one source. Offering cut and weld-prepared steel plates, doors and door frames, blade stiffening and anchor rings, foundations and other steel parts used in the production of wind turbines, the company has become a one-stop shop for the OEMs and wind tower manufactures alike. Having gained vast experience in the sector, by the end of 2012 Madesta will itself start to produce complete MW class wind towers for the rapidly expanding Ukrainian market and the Black Sea region. 5 industrial STORAGE TANKS Madesta has gained a reputation of a reliable steel parts supplier for the storage tanks and reservoirs constructing industry. As a subsupplier, we offer a complete solution by delivering almost a complete tank farm ready for on-site erection. The package normally includes shell, bottom and roof plates, angles and H-beams. For the shell (rolled) plates, our engineers have designed special steel saddles enabling compact easy transportation by vessels and/or trucks to any place in the world. STORAGE TANKS 8 9

7 our standards on QUALITY & SAFETY Quality is an integral part of any company but it is imperative when you are supplying ready for assembly prefabricated parts to a range of diverse markets. Our plant is audited to ISO by BV as well as being independently audited and approved by customers. Each plate has full traceability uniquely identified with its own tag number in addition to mill heat and plate numbers enabling everything to be tracked easily through our quality management system. We are also proud to be accredited to ISO for Environmental Management and ISO for Occupational Health and Safety. We achieve this by: providing door-to-door logistical services in partnership with TMO Global Logistics, a diverse multimodal forwarding and transport company, with the strong focus on the wind industry; purchasing steel direct from manufactures in large volumes and transferring the benefits to our clients; keeping customers up to date with the status of the orders automatically through our website based customer support system; communicating efficiently and effectively with our customers by having three sales offices in Europe (Denmark, Switzerland and Belgium) and one in Ukraine for the CIS countries.
