Fast Grass This non-infill turf has all the advantages of previous generations and performs even higher in wear and resistance tests.

This gives you the true ball roll of a traditional nylon field, with the softness of the new generation rubber-filled turf. No infill makes maintenance easier.

3 Fast Grass This non-infill turf has all the advantages of previous generations and performs even higher in wear and resistance tests. The blend of nylon and polyethylene is an almost perfect 50/50 combination. This gives you the true ball roll of a traditional nylon field, with the softness of the new generation rubber-filled turf. No infill makes maintenance easier. These systems can also be portable with added 4 or 8 Velcro seams. This means that it simulates the force needed to pull the yarn from the backing of the turf. It also measures tensile strength and tests delamination, ensuring top yarn quality and consistency. WEIGHT CHECKS Weight checks are necessary to make sure that each sample is made proportionately within +/- 0.5%. This helps maintain quality control. 10MP MICROSCOPE CAMERA When a yarn sample is placed on the 10MP microscope, all the wear and tear that s not visible to the human eye becomes observable. This also allows inspection of the quality and cellular composition of the SilverBack coating on our turf. HIGH SPEED CURING OVEN This assists in the new product development process by curing test products and SilverBack samples to ensure that Sporturf s turf is of the highest quality.
