2 The Exhibitor and decorator must read the Vinexpo Technical Manual ( Access Requirements", "French Regulations" and "Stand Layout and Installation") that applies to all the stands inside the exhibition halls and which can be found at: THIS DOCUMENT SETS OUT ADDITIONAL RULES APPLYING TO THE TERRACE STANDS IN PARTICULAR. 2

3 1 - CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TERRACE CAR PARKS Located on the central reservations of the P c orange parking lot, places may be reserved for Terrace stand logistics upon request of Exhibitors (bungalows, tents, refrigerated trucks, etc.) No vehicle access will be possible on the P c Blue parking lot during the assembly or disassembly phases or during the exhibition. Access will only be possible via the north side of Hall 1. DISMANTLING The stand release certificate drawn up by a Vinexpo representative and the person in charge of dismantling the stand must also mention: - any damage to Hall 1 (windows, locks, etc.) or to rental equipment (interior or exterior flooring, exterior structures, air conditioners) - adhesives left on the Hall 1 cladding and on the exterior structures In general, the stand must be left in the same condition as on the arrival of the Exhibitor or his decorator. Any breach of this rule will be subject to rebilling. 2 - FRENCH REGULATIONS ( S A F E T Y A N D F I R E - F I G H T I N G M E A S U R E S ) Since the exterior Patio is categorised as CTS ( Marquee, Tent and Structure in French) it is subject to specific French regulations: - All floating decorative elements or interior fittings such as floating billboards over 0.5m², garlands, light decorative items, etc. must be made from category M1 materials. - Drapes (curtains) must be made from category M2 materials. - Any canopies must be made from category M2 materials. The report relating to reaction to fire ratings must mention any drilling. Otherwise, only a maximum of 50% of the floor area may be used. - Canopies must be provided with a sufficient amount of hanging equipment or safety cages that are strong enough to prevent them from falling when the public is present. - The kitchen areas where the Exhibitor makes preparations are not open to the public. Gas is prohibited. Electric power is limited to 20kw per stand for all cooking or reheating appliances. It is agreed that individual partitioning need not be placed between the food storage area (or kitchen) and the area open to the public, subject to compliance with certain installation rules. Barbecues are permitted, provided that basic rules of common sense are respected, which will be verified by site fire inspectors. 3

4 3 TERMS OF SPACE PLANNING VINEXPO RULES Along with the "Project Planning" form to be sent to Vinexpo before March 31, 2017, here is the schedule for sending documents that apply to Exhibitors on the Terrace stands: - before March 31, 2017: any order for additional optional services and files to be printed on exterior signage to be sent to Vinexpo - before April 10, 2017: air-conditioning study (type, number and positioning of air conditioners), any additional cost estimate for air conditioning and for final proof(s) for external signage to be sent to Exhibitors - before April 20, 2017: additional cost estimate for air conditioning and for final proof(s) for outdoor signage to be sent to Vinexpo EXHIBITION CENTRE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS All currents and fluids (water, electricity, telephone and internet cable) are available inside and outside Hall 1. Electricity. Each stand has up to eight 32 A (18 kw) three-phase connections shared out between two interior traps. One of the traps is connected to a trap outside, giving access to between one and four 32 A (18 kw) threephase connections outside. Of this potential supply outside, one or two connections are reserved for air conditioning, meaning that the exhibitor can use the technical services order form to order up to six or seven 32 A (18 kw) connections as need be. VINEXPO STAND DESIGN REGULATIONS Stand height. Due to rule " Stand located against North and South cladding of Hall 1", waiver requests may be submitted to Vinexpo, to avoid having to comply with case n 2. Vinexpo will study each request individually, with the main concern being to maintain good air conditioning in Hall 1. Removing glass from cladding on Hall 1. In the basic formula, Vinexpo can remove three panes (117cm x 217cmh) from the cladding on Hall 1, the position of which must be shown on the stand project plans. On the additional optional services order form, the Exhibitor may ask for more panes to be removed. >>> PLEASE NOTE: - Any removed panes giving direct access to the terrace outside must be equipped with a door, ensuring good air conditioning in Hall 1. - Depending on the placement plan, a slight difference in level is to be expected between Hall 1 and the external structure. In order to facilitate access to the public, the exhibitor and his or her decorator must provide the connecting piece between Hall 1 and the external structure. Door in Hall 1 cladding. For any door made in the cladding of Hall 1, Vinexpo will place a 2.5cm thick pre-frame to facilitate fixing. The remaining passage will be 100cm x 210cmh. Unlike the doors giving access to the outside Patio, the door giving access directly to the outside terrace must: - be locked, ensuring the safety of Hall 1, outside exhibition hours - be equipped with a door closer to ensure that it is completely sealed, ensuring good air conditioning in Hall 1 >>> PLEASE NOTE: the maximum weight for 1 door panel must not exceed 40kg and in the case of a double panel, each must not exceed 20kg. 4

5 Air Conditioning. In the basic formula, Vinexpo will install air conditioning using chilled water, circulated using two vertical air conditioners, for each 50m² section of the outside Patio. To ensure correct air conditioning and facilitate repairs in case of breakdown, the air conditioners must not be covered. Their position is decided by the air conditioning service, according to the interior design and the results of the thermal study. This study may lead to a supplementary cost estimate if it is necessary to add air conditioners, due to the repartitioning of the Patio. Outside Patio doors. This space should be equipped with at least two exits, appropriately distributed. The double glass doors of the outer structure, included in the basic formula, and any glass removed from the cladding in Hall 1, can be positioned as the Exhibitor chooses. Flooring in the outside terrace. In order to ensure that the doors open onto the outside, the type and thickness of flooring on the outside terrace must figure on the stand project plans. Vinexpo will then take this information into account when setting together the inside of Hall 1, the interior of the outside patio and the outside terrace. Decoration of outside terrace. To respect the architectural consistency in the Terraces stands, Vinexpo prohibits any structure other than the Patio. In general, any customised decoration must not be visible from the Allée du Lac. Table umbrellas, terrace umbrellas and Scandinavian-type natural wood and raw silk umbrellas are generally allowed. Installation of steps. Since French regulations require a direct emergency exit from the outside terrace towards the Allée du Lac, in the basic formula Vinexpo will fit a 2m-wide step, the position of which must figure on the stand project plans. Exhibitors may also request (services offered by Vinexpo) - its replacement by a gate positioned on the fence perpendicular to Hall 1 - an increase in its width (to be specified on the stand project plans) - additional footboards (to be specified on the stand project plans) Barrier. To ensure separation between the Allée du Lac and the adjoining stand, Vinexpo will install a barrier consisting of a vegetable hedge and a natural wooden fence (155cmh parallel to Hall 1 and 185cmh perpendicular to Hall 1). The exhibitor can repaint the inside of the wooden fence only, in the colour of his or her choice. Angle signage. In the basic formula, Vinexpo offers a corner signage (250cm x 300cmh x 300cmh). The Exhibitor must send the file to be printed to Vinexpo, which will take care of the printing and the installation. Entrance signage. For each entry step, in the basic formula Vinexpo offers a "plate" (50cm x 50cmh) showing the name of the exhibitor and the stand number. >>> PLEASE NOTE: the logo file must be sent to Vinexpo in amount, otherwise only the stand s name will appear by default. 5
