16 TERMS & CONDITIONS By ordering GANSK products every customer accept and agree with these terms and conditions: PRICING & ORDER TERMS The values and percentages on our Price List are public and substitute any other published or advertised before. Pro-forma orders will require a 40% deposit with the order and the balance prior to shipping from Portugal. Customized pro-forma orders will require 50% deposit. The remaining must be paid until 3 days before the dispatch date. All pieces are property of GANSK until the payment is fully received and confirmed. GANSK reserves the right to defer the dispatch date until the balance of the order is received. Prices always refer to one unit and are ExWorks Barcelos, Portugal. VAT is not included, this legal tax must be added to the price. The price doesn t include transportation values and fees. The packaging is included in the price, however if the customer requires specic packaging, they will be charged accordingly. LEAD TIMES Standard production time is between 7 to 8 weeks, upon confirmation when order is placed. Delivery time is not included. For pieces with custom specifications or orders of large quantities we reserve the right to agree with the customer on a time of delivery. The production time can be modified due to production restrictions. FREIGHT Freight carriers are customer selected. If the customer chooses to transport the products by his own method, GANSK will be free of any responsibility due to the transportation. If the transportation is requested to GANSK, it will be charged apart from the product s value. Please note that GANSK is not liable for damage sustained in transit cargo. FREIGHT POLICY & DAMAGE CLAIMS Title passes to the purchaser at the time the goods are picked up by the carrier in Portugal. All products are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment. The refusal of damaged merchandise in no way relieves the purchaser of responsibility for payment of goods. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Should visible or concealed damage occur in transit, immediately notify the delivering carrier with initial notification of intent to file a claim. Please note: Failure to report concealed damage within fifteen days of receipt will result in the denial of your claim. Any damage should also be communicated to Gestos within the first 48 hours after reception. Photographic evidence must be sent by to: info@gansk.pt. RETURN AUTHORIZATION No returns will be accepted without written consent from GANSK. Unauthorized returns will be refused as customer s expense. ORDER CANCELLATION Pieces are manufactured upon the receipt of the order and deposit. Cancellations will not be accepted after 5 working days from the order issue date. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to any cancellations received after the order issue date. DISTRIBUTION POLICY GANSK reserves the right not to sell to, or continue to sell to, any dealer whose distribution or sales tactics result in a negative effect on our ability to compete and sell into a region. PRODUCT STANDARDS Many finishes are applied by hand and may vary in color, tone and character. While GANSK will make every effort to match a finish, slight variations may occur. 16 1st Edition / 2018
