38 LIGHT WEIGHT CLOSED WALL AND FLOOR PANELS: CLOSED WALL PANELS. Conventional timber stud walls using 90x45mm up to 240x45mm studs. Pre-finishing walls by installing windows and doors, insulation, sheet bracing, plasterboard linings and cladding systems.

39 LIGHT WEIGHT CLOSED WALL AND FLOOR PANELS: FLOOR CASSETTES (OPEN AND CLOSED). Using PosiStrut, LVL and other light weight joists and a variety of flooring materials Being able to close cassettes by insulation and installing plasterboard linings.

40 LIGHT WEIGHT CLOSED WALL AND FLOOR PANELS: SUITABILITY: Detached homes. Attached Town Homes. Other projects up to 5 stories in height.

41 CROSS LAMINATED TIMBER WALL AND FLOOR PANELS INCLUDING GLULAM: Processed only including being dimensionally accurate, with windows and door openings, service penetrations & chasings. Prefinished panel s including installation of windows and doors, plasterboard linings, insulation and cladding systems.

42 CROSS LAMINATED TIMBER WALL AND FLOOR PANELS INCLUDING GLULAM: SUITABILITY: All style of projects up to approx. 10 levels. Taller when used as a hybrid structure including structural steel. Most efficient above 4 levels.

44 OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY Our new State of the Art 8000 sq.m Streamlined Building Facility will provide control over price, quality and timing with the entire Design and Build process, In House.

47 Floors, walls, roofs, modules and joinery components are manufactured and pre-finished in the factory then transported to site for Streamlined Construction.

49 ALLIANCE WITH BINDERHOLZ IN AUSTRIA: Binderholz is one of the largest producers of Glulam and CLT in the world. Strongbuild has had the same Detailing & Engineering package in place for a number of years (Cadwork). Binderholz has extensive experience in medium and highrise CLT structures and are valuable resource.

50 ALLIANCE WITH BINDERHOLZ IN AUSTRIA: Strongbuild and Binderholz will provide CLT structures to the market and can offer: Engineering and detailing services. Importing and logistics. Processing. Other added value such as pre-finishing of panels. Locally certified systems and construction detailing advice. Installation.

52 Macarthur Gardens, Campbelltown NSW 101 Residential Apartments Three towers (6, 7 and 8 levels), over a 2 level basement.

53 Macarthur Gardens, Campbelltown NSW All towers are CLT, incorporating 2900m3 of CLT. Currently under construction, CLT is on the sea and will be installed commencing end of June.

54 AVEO Norwest, Baulkham Hills NSW. Master planned for 450 retirement apartments and a 145 bed RACF. Stage 1 includes 130 retirement apartments.

55 AVEO Norwest, Baulkham Hills NSW. Stage 1 includes two 10 level towers, 9 of which are CLT, incorporating 7000m3 of CLT. Currently under construction. CLT will be installed commencing September.

56 Botanica, Lidcombe NSW 19 Residential Apartments. 2 levels of apartments over a concrete basement in ground. Light weight timber framed construction incorporating floor cassettes.
