Correct design and installation of wall and roof layers will provide much improved condensation management. Timber (such as CLT) is a excellent moderator of humidity and moisture.

Light weight frames medium and high rise project up to 20% saving in cost. CLT low, medium and high rise projects saving up to 14% (FWPA & UTS Study). Commercial office building 12.4 per cent. Aged care facility 13.9 per cent. Apartment building 2.2 per cent lower. Portal-framed industrial shed was 9.4 per cent lower cost.

38 LIGHT WEIGHT CLOSED WALL AND FLOOR PANELS: CLOSED WALL PANELS. Conventional timber stud walls using 90x45mm up to 240x45mm studs. Pre-finishing walls by installing windows and doors, insulation, sheet bracing, plasterboard linings and cladding systems.
39 LIGHT WEIGHT CLOSED WALL AND FLOOR PANELS: FLOOR CASSETTES (OPEN AND CLOSED). Using PosiStrut, LVL and other light weight joists and a variety of flooring materials Being able to close cassettes by insulation and installing plasterboard linings.
40 LIGHT WEIGHT CLOSED WALL AND FLOOR PANELS: SUITABILITY: Detached homes. Attached Town Homes. Other projects up to 5 stories in height.
41 CROSS LAMINATED TIMBER WALL AND FLOOR PANELS INCLUDING GLULAM: Processed only including being dimensionally accurate, with windows and door openings, service penetrations & chasings. Prefinished panel s including installation of windows and doors, plasterboard linings, insulation and cladding systems.
42 CROSS LAMINATED TIMBER WALL AND FLOOR PANELS INCLUDING GLULAM: SUITABILITY: All style of projects up to approx. 10 levels. Taller when used as a hybrid structure including structural steel. Most efficient above 4 levels.

Strongbuild has had the same Detailing & Engineering package in place for a number of years (Cadwork). Binderholz has extensive experience in medium and highrise CLT structures and are valuable resource.
50 ALLIANCE WITH BINDERHOLZ IN AUSTRIA: Strongbuild and Binderholz will provide CLT structures to the market and can offer: Engineering and detailing services. Importing and logistics. Processing.
