2 Automated Construction Equipment Automated Construction Equipment (ACE) is a leader in the design, development and fabrication of the most advanced process equipment available for the construction industry. Our process equipment is designed to meet the needs of our customers preferred construction method whether it is utilizing wood, Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), Light Steel Framing solutions (LSF) or a hybrid system integrating red iron, LSF and ICF into the construction process. In particular for the low to medium rise residential and commercial construction market (one to seven stories), our LSF systems allow for greater quality and a faster pace of construction than conventional construction methods utilizing so called stick framing methods directly on the job site. We are able to provide a variety of options that should meet the needs of the proposed project. First would be a panelization system which allows for the prefabrication of wall, floor and roof sections that are completed in a climate controlled environment and then shipped to the site for final assembly. This panelization system can be adapted to allow for smaller housing units based on architectural designed to be taken to the next step and be prefabricated in a modular design within the climate controlled facility. The module can them be fitted with all services (plumbing, electrical and mechanical [PEM]). The unit would then receive its final finishing components which would also be completed in the factory. 3 Light Steel Framing ~ Concept to Completion Step One: Structural Design & Engineering The structural design is accomplished by using our Strategic Partners software platform to design your structure. Secondly we have a strategic partnership with Falcon Engineering of Toronto Canada who are able to take your drawings and complete any and all necessary engineering including the production of the shop drawings for all the components of the building Step Two: Wall / Floor / Roof System Production Once the shop floor receives the drawings the production of the components can be completed using our ACE framing System utilizing Roll Forming Equipment or utilizing a third party rolled stock Framing Assembly Station Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical Station Sheathing Station Quality Control, Stacking and Packaging An Additional ACE service is our Plant Management Package where we will run the operation until your staff are ready to take over. Step Three: On-site Installation ACE offers a service package for the provision of an on-site Installation coordinator to help you bring your local on-site crews up to speed. Step Four: Finishing With our strategic global partners we are able to help you with any and all of your finishing product needs. We have developed a Plant and Construction Management package to help you enter into the world of high production manufacturing of residential and commercial properties. Our management package will be tailored to meet your organizations needs. Whether you are a financier developer, construction company or an entrepreneur starting out as new venture we will work with you to ensure that this venture will succeed. We offer either Plant Management packages for a period of 6, 12, 24 months or more to meet your needs. This package provides for a plant manager and supervisors to oversee the day to day operations of the production facility. In conjunction with this we will provide the set up of the material supply and purchasing arrangements for the plant operation.
