October June 2013 Two phases of consultation November 18, 2013 December 17, 2013 Environmental Impact Assessment received 30-day public comment period February 19, 2014 Human Health Risk Assessment commenced August 21, 2014: Decision

22 Environmental and Health Risk Review Process Project did not require full federal or provincial environmental assessment Due to public concern, both Environmental Impact Assessment and Human Health Risk Assessment completed Assessments reviewed by thirdparty experts, Golder Associates Ltd. No significant adverse environmental effects, including health effects
