The project director was Prof. Dr. Eng Joseph Virgone (INSA Lyon, University Claude Bernard Lyon1) and the project was developed in the laboratory CETHIL, with a private financial support Member of MIGRER project, entitled "Habitat: Gestion Intelligente des ENR, (intelligent energy management and control of the sources). The project manager was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Nachida Bourabaa (UVHC-ENSIAME) and gathered several laboratories and organizations (EDF-Energy of France, CSTB- Centre Tehnique Scientifique du Batiment), the project was financed by ADEME (Agence de l'environnement et de Maîtrise de l'energie en France) Member of the project entitled INERTRANS "Composite d'enveloppe de Batiment en Briques de verre rempli de PCM et Isolation translucide.
