Our plants are used in the automotive and aircraft industries as well as in the area of mass electroplating of industrial and consumer goods. Willi Kroes GmbH designs, manufactures and assembles fully automated turnkey rack and barrel plants as well as manual plants all under one roof and by our own expert staff. Rebuilding or refurbishing of existing plants is also executed based on the premise of a technically and economically effective solution. The design and strategy phase, the mechanical manufacturing and assembly of the plant parts as well as the commissioning of the finished plant is always adapted to your demands and requirements. All components required for the project are properly designed and manufactured in the professional facilities of Willi Kroes GmbH. This includes, for example, special chemically adjusted tanks including all required fixtures as well as the pipelines for chemicals and air, the fully equipped transport carrier, a switch panel that is required for consumer loads or a complex PLC control system which can be configured to simultaneously operate all your products and systems.
