2 Waste Reduction and Recycing Support (WRARS) Levy Announced March 2009 Budget WRARS Fund estabished through amendment of The Waste Reduction and Prevention Act (Section 14) $10 per Tonne Levy on a waste andfied Incudes residentia and ICI waste Three (3) phase introduction approach Phase I: Cass 1 andfis > 30,000 T (Juy December 2009) Phase II: a Cass 1 andfis (January - December 2010) Phase III: a Cass 2 and 3 andfis (January 2011)
