IF A REPAIR IS NECESSARY, IT WILL BE INITIATED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE REPORT. ADDITIONALLY, A SITE "WALK-THROUGH" SHALL BE MADE BEFORE ANY ANTICIPATED STORM EVENT. 11. REMOVE SEDIMENT FROM SEDIMENT TRAPPING DEVICES (CHECK DAMS, SILT FENCE, SEDIMENT BASINS, ETC.) WHEN THE SEDIMENT DEPTH REACHES 1/3 TO 1/2 OF THE MAXIMUM SEDIMENT DEPTH. 12. REMOVE THE TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL DEVICES WITHIN ONE MONTH AFTER THE SITE IS PERMANENTLY STABILIZED. THE SITE IS CONSIDERED PERMANENTLY STABILIZED WHEN ALL PERMANENT NON-VEGETATIVE MEASURES ARE INSTALLED AND THE VEGETATION IS 90% ESTABLISHED UNIFORMLY OVER THE PORTION OF THE SITE TO BE VEGETATED. 13. APPLY SEEDLESS HAY OR STRAW MULCH EVENLY DISTRIBUTED AT A RATE OF 1 TO 2 TONS PER ACRE, SUCH THAT THE SOIL IS BARELY VISIBLE THROUGH THE MULCH. 3. APPLY AN ORGANIC TACKIFIER TO ANCHOR THE MULCH. ORGANIC TACKIFIER SHALL BE ONE THAT IS LISTED ON THE NHDOT "QUALIFIED PRODUCT LIST". APPLY AT RATE ANBY METHOD RECOMMENDED BY TACKIFIER MANUFACTURER. 4. MAINTAIN BY RE-ROUGHING SOIL IF RUNOFF-INDUCED RILLS FORM AND APPLYING ADDITIONAL MULCH AND TACKIFIER WHERE BARE GROUND IS EXPOSED.
