4 3 2 Release Overview Enhancements Ghana Tax Table The Ghana Tax Table has been updated for the 2018/19 tax year. Pakistan Tax Tables The Pakistan Tax Table has been updated for the 2018/19 tax year. Botswana ITW10 form An enhancement has been made with the addition of a new ITW10 submission form. EEA4 Recon An enhancement has been made to the CSV file such that the user can view the earnings and/or other benefits entry types used for equity remuneration determination. Master Information (Pay Info) API An enhancement has been made to the API to include the employees SEZ code (Special Economic Zone) for ETI age determination and resulting eligibility purposes. SIC Codes Should an employee work in any of the recently published SIC Codes, that employee will be excluded from ETI eligibility even though they meet the normal ETI criteria. Removal of General Ledger Company Summary General Ledger Company Summary report was originally designed for SME s (small to medium enterprises). We have found that when adding additional complexity to the report as required by larger users, the report became complicated to use and often the values were difficult to understand. A decision was therefore made to remove this report from the reporting functionality. However, this report is still available under Reports in Old PSIber. Length of Service An enhancement has been made with the addition of a Length of Service field on the Employment Details screen providing the user with a view of an employee s length of service at any given time.

5 4 Version number Display An enhancement has been made where the System Version Number is now visible on the Login Screen and Information Tab. PSIberTAX An enhancement has been made that when loading employees for package structuring purposes only, and where those employees don t adhere to the commonly used package structuring elements, users can now include any of the Custom Fields as part of the structuring process. Insurance Policy An enhancement has been made with the addition of the Insurance Policies tab to the Personal Information screen allowing the user to link insurance policies to an employee.
