That illustrates what a Power Hour is: uninterrupted time to focus on top priorities without distractions And since multitasking reduces productivity by 40% and it takes up to 20 minutes to fully refocus, these are key! How to Do Power Hours 1. Make a task list 2. Cluster tasks by type 3. Identify when you ll do your Power Hour 4. Hold your first Power Hour 5. No one will ever truly understand what the start-up process is like except another entrepreneur You re the only one that can preserve your personal boundaries!
